CF Spur is great. When I started over a year ago, everyone was very welcoming and non-judgemental. John and Lauren are excellent coaches and are always willing to help out if you have questions. Classes are readily available no matter what your schedule is.If you're looking to start your fitness journey or looking for a new place to workout, CF Spur is the gym for you.

This is a great place to come to improve your fitness. I feel like every time I leave I have either learned something new, find my form improving, I'm moving faster, or lifting heavier. It really keeps me going and all of the coaches are so amazing. They really encourage you to become your best. Another awesome thing about this gym, and was unexpected surprise for me, is how amazing this community is. The people here are just awesome. You really feel a sense of community, where everyone wants to see you grow and succeed. Truly life changing. Can't recommend this place enough.

I’ve gone to many gyms and have done many workout programs over a couple decades. I can honestly say going to Spur has been my best experience yet. Challenging workouts, fun environment, and coaches that’ll give you constructive feedback to continue improving.

Whatever your fitness goals are, Crossfit Spur's programming will help you achieve them. John and Lauren have created an amazing environment that is helping so many people improve their health. The member community is outstanding. I've met college athletes, working moms and dads, and older folks who just want to stay active. I would highly recommend dropping in and checking it out!

Awesome gym!!! I wasn't sure how much I'd like CrossFit before I came to Spur. But what I found here was a welcoming community of members, highly knowledgeable coaches, and workout programming that is always changing to keep us engaged. My fitness and strength have improved to where I'm easily in the best shape of my life now. I've been here for over 2 years and I can't imagine ever going back to a traditional gym.

SPUR is awesome. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and kind. The members are great. Very welcoming and fun.Great space! The facility is clean, and spacious. Cleanliness is a priority in the box. All staff and members wipe down all equipment after every use/class. Bathrooms and showers always clean.

Spur is awesome!! One of the best, if not the best, facility I’ve ever been to. The owners/coaches are great and very knowledgeable. They teach technic which is super important. It’s also very fun and the community is great. People from all walks of life and age groups. I’m very glad to have found them.

I was able to attend during the April Bring a Friend month, tagging along with my daughter, who is a member, to the 5am class. I was skeptical that I could keep up given pulmonary limitations, but John and Lauren are both so wonderful at designing challenging workouts with scaling options that allowed me to be successful. I'm hooked! I can't wait to start my own membership in June! Great location, great people, no judgment. An excellent spot to try CrossFit for the first time, but fair warning, you'll never want to miss it!

I'm new to CrossFit and I'm so happy I found it, and specifically, CrossFit Spur. John and Lauren at Spur go above and beyond to ensure we're safe and get the best out of every workout. The box is spacious and location is awesome too. Thanks for all you guys do! I surprise myself more and more each time I notice my strength growing. Such a rewarding experience!

The Crossfit Spur is a Fantastic Gym. The instructor led workouts push me farther and harder than any self led workout i’ve ever done. John & Lauren will teach, guide, and coach you from zero to 100 no matter your skill level or physical shape.

Dropped in and had a great time. Great group of people and an awesome coach in Lauren. Equipment was also in great shape which is always a plus. Will be back next time I'm in town

What a great Gym! The coach and owner were so welcoming and knowledgeable. The experience was phenomenal. I just dropped in, but I would have joined if I was local. Great job guys, keep up the great community!

Community was great. Coaches were encouraging. Clean environment. All the fun equipment you'd expect to find at a Crossfit. Minus one star because no sauna and pricepoint is fairly high. I would pay that much only if there were more loungey amenities or more one-on-one attention included.
