“The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgable. I have never had to wait long, even when there is a long line, and they are always super punctual when opening. I called with an issue a few weeks ago and they called me back within 30 minutes and had it all sorted out, wonderful customer service like that really makes a difference!”

“I have had nothing but great experiences on a weekly basis. I have witnessed many customers being rude. Every business everywhere is struggling to find competent staff that sticks around! This EXTREMELY busy store, like almost every other pharmacy is trying to accommodate too many customers, too many prescriptions, to many special requests, while being under pressure from CVS corporate. Empathy, compassion and perception might apply to most complainers. I'm grateful this resource is available in this highly trafficked area. COVID has changed everything - perhaps you might want to put yourself in their shoes.”

“The staff is friendly and Customer service is ususally helpful. However, The quality of this Price Chopper has declined over the last year. 10 checkout lines but only one or two are ever open. You have to go to Self Checkout.”
