“Just Cats is wonderful. It’s a much more calm experience for my cat than a traditional vet. During any procedures they are so gentle with her and speak in soft voices. They explain things thoroughly, don’t recommend unnecessary interventions just for money, respect my decision making, and send a comprehensive visit summary after the appointment. I trust them 100%!”
“I have 2 German Shepherd dogs, and they are always great with them. One is reactive so we are able to check in from the car or my husband stays with her until they have a room ready, then they bring us in, making sure all other animals are out of her path.”

Front desk could use some bringing in tactfulness…when you call to schedule they shame you for not being able to get in the next day…I understand it’s important for my animal but it’s also important for my animals owner to have a job…having some awareness and not shaming a good pet owner is literally basic decency…”
