Warrensburg Car Care was the closest place for auto body repairs and has been the quality place someone like me would want: a hometown business, supplying superb customer service. Fast-forward many years later, and I needed to call on Romeo Collision Center. The same exceptional quality, service, timeframe, and communication provided by Ken makes Romeo Collision Center top-notch. Ken was upfront, timely, transparent, and communicative. As the manager there, he provided leadership and a very good disposition. I don't know who worked on my truck, but thank you also for your workmanship. Whoever reads this, please make sure the autobody professional that fixed my truck knows I appreciate their work. 10 stars for Ken and his team!”

“I originally had Hunter who is brand new. Super nice guy and really focused on learning and doing the right thing for the customer. He seems like he will be great. Lacey stepped in to help him and I finished off the deal with her. She was amazing. I had a very pleasant experience. It is no testament to Lacey, but I did notice a scrape on the inside of my windshield- probably from the removal of a sticker during the final clean. I reached out to Lacey and she arranged for me to come back in to have service take care of it.”
