“If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from kind knowledgeable staff who genuinely care, you should check out Romeo Toyota. I was greeted by a very friendly used car manager Grace D'Amato. She assured me I would be able to find the vehicle I wanted and she had faith that her staff would do a great job assisting me. She introduced me to sales associate Addison Winch. He took me on a test drive and assured me if I had any questions about the vehicle that he would be able to answer them. He was very friendly and laid back and his honest personality definitely reassured me that I was in good hands. Addison later introduced me to finance associate Alex Hernandez. Alex was wonderful at explaining every benefit and option available to me and never pressured me in any way. Alex explained everything in depth so I knew exactly what I was paying for. After purchasing my vehicle I was told by both Addison and Alex if I ever have any additional questions to reach out. As I was leaving Addison knew I had a long 3 hour trip home, he told me to let him know when I made it home safe and how I liked the vehicle, even though I would not be home until late at night. I felt that Addison and everyone at the dealership genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I highly recommend if you wish to purchase a car from honest and friendly staff that you visit Romeo Toyota.”

“Always excellent service here. The team is friendly and shows respect. I’ve had years of work done here, and the service has consistently been excellent. This dealership rebuilt my A/C system a few years ago, completed a full cooling system rebuild back in September, and just recently handled my rear brakes along with a full brake fluid flush. Every job has been done right the first time.

My car is going on 12 years old but has relatively low mileage for its age (about 113,000 miles), and thanks to the quality of work done here it continues to run reliably and smoothly. What really stands out is the consistency — clear communication, solid diagnostics, fair pricing, and no pressure. They take the time to explain what’s needed and why, and I’ve never felt upsold or brushed off.

It’s hard to find a service department you can genuinely trust long-term, and this one has earned that trust over and over again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done by people who clearly know what they’re doing.”

“i’ve been going to cliff for 17 yrs or so, first w a Saab (story, lol) now w other vehicles. Cliff is smart yet easy to talk with. He can repair ANY vehicle. As for trustworthy/ dependability Cliff ranks in the top 5%. At least. As noted elsewhere his prices are reasonable too.

“I was in quite a pickle when my alternator completely died. Thanks to a cancelation I was able to bring my vehicle right in for the repair and two days later I had it back again all ready to go with the old part neatly packed into a box for me so it could be returned for the core charge. The rate was very fair and I wasn't pressured to have anything additional done to my vehicle. I would use them again!”

“These folks are clutch, every time. I am especially fond of Warren at this location, but everyone is good there. Never trying to rake anyone over the coals or sell extra brake jobs. They are honest folks that show pride in their work and their customers. They just shoot straight, charge fair prices, and do good quality work. They also care about how your life may be disrupted by pesky car issues and have more than once been accommodating to make my life easier. Great place to go and get good quality work done at a reasonable price. I'm gonna keep going there and you probably should too. And if you can't drive there, they have a heck of a good tow driver too at a reasonable price.”

They have done everything on my car from oil changes, new brakes & rotors, inspections, to changing out my snow tires every season.”

“I originally had Hunter who is brand new. Super nice guy and really focused on learning and doing the right thing for the customer. He seems like he will be great. Lacey stepped in to help him and I finished off the deal with her. She was amazing. I had a very pleasant experience. It is no testament to Lacey, but I did notice a scrape on the inside of my windshield- probably from the removal of a sticker during the final clean. I reached out to Lacey and she arranged for me to come back in to have service take care of it.”
