“Full disclosure, that while I did not purchase my truck from Romeo Chevrolet of Glens Falls, I elected to follow a GM technician to this location for my service needs. The service provided at Romeo Chevrolet of Glens Falls is consistently exceptional. The service advisors also demonstrate outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and extensive product knowledge. However, Romeo truly distinguishes itself in the following regard: I previously acquired a service and protection plan for my 2024 TB 3.0 from the prior ownership. Following a trade-in, I am now interested in purchasing a comparable package for my new 2026 LTZ 3.0, contingent on it making financial sense. During the discussion of these terms, unforeseen complications arose with GM regarding the refund of my previous protection plan. GM encountered difficulties in relaying essential information to me. However, Jessica at Romeo Chevrolet was pivotal in resolving these issues, streamlining the necessary documentation, and ultimately securing a valuation for my refund, therefore helping in my decision. Jessica, a phenomenal finance manager at Romeo, demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to craft a service and financial plan tailored to my individual needs and capabilities. “These folks are clutch, every time. I am especially fond of Warren at this location, but everyone is good there. Never trying to rake anyone over the coals or sell extra brake jobs. They are honest folks that show pride in their work and their customers. They just shoot straight, charge fair prices, and do good quality work. They also care about how your life may be disrupted by pesky car issues and have more than once been accommodating to make my life easier. Great place to go and get good quality work done at a reasonable price. I'm gonna keep going there and you probably should too. And if you can't drive there, they have a heck of a good tow driver too at a reasonable price.”
“i’ve been going to cliff for 17 yrs or so, first w a Saab (story, lol) now w other vehicles. Cliff is smart yet easy to talk with. He can repair ANY vehicle. As for trustworthy/ dependability Cliff ranks in the top 5%. At least. As noted elsewhere his prices are reasonable too.

“These guys never disappoint. They have great availability and work with your schedule. You have the option to wait for your car or leave it and pick it up when it is ready. They have done everything on my car from oil changes, new brakes & rotors, inspections, to changing out my snow tires every season.”
