“I’m a truck driver was passing through, my last delivery spot was right next door. I went in talked to Jill got all setup and had an amazing workout! People were friendly and she let me use the shower afterwards. I look forward to working out here again if I’m in the area.”

“This is a smaller anytime with an exercise area for floor exercises and a good variety of machines. The machines are in good repair. The place is clean, and there is a bathroom and a shower room.
It is located in a strip mall with a Hannaford grocery store and across the street from a coffee shop.”
