“Kyleen and her staff have created a beautiful bridal boutique that felt like I was in a typical bridal store, even though the dresses were all consigned. My sisters and I used to shop here for prom dresses in high school and always had the most fun. Kyleen would encourage us to try on as many dresses as we could, just for fun! That was the same experience I had this time too. They were more than willing to take a dress off a display for me to try on, and checked in on us throughout our experience. I ended up finding the perfect dress and walking out of the store with it for a fraction of the price I would've paid elsewhere. This is an absolute gem of a boutique for people looking for affordable dresses, even if vintage is not your style. If you're willing to take the time to look through the options, you may just find the one! <3”

“I love Peter Harris! I have been shopping there for many years and rarely leave without a bargain. I always shop the warehouse sales. You have to "hunt and peck" to find something you like, but that's part of the fun.I also earn points for purchases. Over time they add up and can be applied to a purchase.I recommend Peter Harris frequently.What could improve? Shopping carts. I think people would buy a lot more if they didn't have to carry their purchases around the store with them. I know I would!”

The workers are easy to talk to and joke with, which is great because I don't have the greatest people skills. “We had the most wonderful experience at this Brooks Brothers; the personal attention and kindness felt like what shopping must have been in the past! We came in looking for a specific item for a wedding, and the staff spent 30 minutes helping us color coordinate with the items we already had and even steaming and carefully bagging everything for us so that our outfits stayed crisp for our trip. I rarely feel the need to say “thank you” after clothing shopping, but…thank you!”

“I went here with my mother and she’s very picky. The two women working today (09/02/25) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They helped my mom with everything we asked for! They made her feel comfortable with herself and her body! They even looked for shoes in the back knowing they didn’t have the size we needed but still went above and beyond! They gave a second opinion when my mother or I asked how certain jeans fit! Amazing customer service all around! Also had a lot of patience when it came to check out. Every question we asked they had answers for! Truly amazing! My mom was so very happy with both of them! Especially the woman working behind the cash register! Never ever get rid of those two <3 they are valuable!”

“I never reviewed Merrell? Weird. I've been here many times over the years - especially when they have good sales. I happen to like the brand and quality of their items, and this location is great. Today it was a tad busy...munch busier than I can tolerate these days, so I left empty handed. That said, I still tried on a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit right (but they were discounted significantly!). If the aisles were just a bit wider and the store wasn't quite so "people-ey" today, I might have lasted a bit longer.”

“There was lots of stuff there, plenty of baby needs but overall I thought the prices was to high for used baby items. I was looking for baby walker / activity centers,jumpers but I didn't buy anything. However lots to choose from and a good place to get a variety. I did buy a used baby item on marketplace for alot less but I may have got lucky. I saw strollers, seaters, clothing ,activity centers and alot for babies. Also some adult clothing too. I will try shopping again there, never know what you may find.”

I wanted a couple of classy neutral colored tops to pair with different items and I got exactly what I was looking for. I had to look twice so I almost missed the one... “Always has great running shoe deals, better than the other outlets. Neat and organized, and good size range for most models. Boston 12s for 60, Adios pro 3 for 100. Ended up picking up a sweet new pair of Adios Pro 3s for 68 after a 20% off coupon handed to us when we came in. Shoes helped me get second place in my local 5k!!!”

“I shopped at the Loft Outlet in Lake George during a trip there. I purchased some tops / blouse that I loved. After I wore one of the tops, I washed it according to the care directions. However, when I went to wear the top again, I found that it shrunk and no longer fit. I was very upset since I only wore it once and really loved the top. I tried to call Loft customer service, but they don't service "outlet" stores, so they gave me another number. When I called that number, it was the outlet located in Texas and they could not help me and gave me the “Outlet” Customer Service telephone number. When I called that number, I explained my problem and the woman hung up on me. Finally thought to try the Lake George outlet where I bought the top. When I was shopping there ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The associate even pointed out to me that one top was regular and one top was a petite. He wanted to be sure I was purchasing the correct sizes. That has never happened before and I mentioned that to him and thanked him for being so attentive. It was a real pleasure to shop in that store!! So when I called the Lake George Outlet directly, an associate (I'm so sorry I did not get your name, but he is one of the managers) was beyond helpful! He apologized for the run around that I was getting and gave me the telephone number of the District Manager, Jeffrey Ponzo. I called Mr. Ponzo and he was also apologetic for customer service hanging up on me. He asked me about the top and said they would be happy to exchange it. I explained that I live 4 hours away and that I had gone shopping there on a trip. He said that he was on his way to a Maryland store and asked me to send a picture of the shirt and the tag to his personal cell phone. He said that he would replace the top for me if they still had it in stock. Mr. Ponzo went way above and beyond to help me replace the top. He was extremely professional and extremely helpful! He texted me the very next day to tell me that he found the shirt and was sending me the replacement top so keep an eye out for the delivery. I received the top 2 days later. I texted him to thank him again for all of his help and to ask where to send the damaged shirt. He told me that I could keep the top and donate it. So not only did he help me, he also helped another person that will get to get a beautiful shirt since I am going to donate it. The Lake George outlet staff and Mr. Ponzo provided excellent customer service, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of the staff at the store and also Mr. Ponzo for all of his assistance in helping me. I can't thank you enough!!! Thank you!!”
