“Best Brooks Brothers experience I have had in a long time. The staff here were just amazing, Peter and Jacob were very patient and helpful working with me for several hours to buy multiple suits. The customer service provided was second to none. Great prices and great items as always. Can’t wait to go back.”

“I shopped at the Loft Outlet in Lake George during a trip there. I purchased some tops / blouse that I loved. After I wore one of the tops, I washed it according to the care directions. However, when I went to wear the top again, I found that it shrunk and no longer fit. I was very upset since I only wore it once and really loved the top. I tried to call Loft customer service, but they don't service "outlet" stores, so they gave me another number. When I called that number, it was the outlet located in Texas and they could not help me and gave me the “Outlet” Customer Service telephone number. When I called that number, I explained my problem and the woman hung up on me. Finally thought to try the Lake George outlet where I bought the top. When I was shopping there ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The associate even pointed out to me that one top was regular and one top was a petite. He wanted to be sure I was purchasing the correct sizes. That has never happened before and I mentioned that to him and thanked him for being so attentive. It was a real pleasure to shop in that store!! So when I called the Lake George Outlet directly, an associate (I'm so sorry I did not get your name, but he is one of the managers) was beyond helpful! He apologized for the run around that I was getting and gave me the telephone number of the District Manager, Jeffrey Ponzo. I called Mr. Ponzo and he was also apologetic for customer service hanging up on me. He asked me about the top and said they would be happy to exchange it. I explained that I live 4 hours away and that I had gone shopping there on a trip. He said that he was on his way to a Maryland store and asked me to send a picture of the shirt and the tag to his personal cell phone. He said that he would replace the top for me if they still had it in stock. Mr. Ponzo went way above and beyond to help me replace the top. He was extremely professional and extremely helpful! He texted me the very next day to tell me that he found the shirt and was sending me the replacement top so keep an eye out for the delivery. I received the top 2 days later. I texted him to thank him again for all of his help and to ask where to send the damaged shirt. He told me that I could keep the top and donate it. So not only did he help me, he also helped another person that will get to get a beautiful shirt since I am going to donate it. The Lake George outlet staff and Mr. Ponzo provided excellent customer service, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of the staff at the store and also Mr. Ponzo for all of his assistance in helping me. I can't thank you enough!!! Thank you!!”

“I never reviewed Merrell? Weird. I've been here many times over the years - especially when they have good sales. I happen to like the brand and quality of their items, and this location is great. Today it was a tad busy...munch busier than I can tolerate these days, so I left empty handed. That said, I still tried on a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit right (but they were discounted significantly!). If the aisles were just a bit wider and the store wasn't quite so "people-ey" today, I might have lasted a bit longer.”

“The staff was super sweet. We got soaked at six flags and didn’t get clothes so we went to old navy. We got lucky because they were having a huge sale and the staff even let us change in the changing room bc of our condition. They were really nice.”

“I went in there specifically to get a few items for my special journey coming up to Las Vegas... I wanted a couple of classy neutral colored tops to pair with different items and I got exactly what I was looking for. I had to look twice so I almost missed the one... Very pleased with what I purchased. I would give it a five star but it was not quite to that. Fifth star but very satisfactory”

“I was i your store on a girls trip recently. The ladies that helped us with our purchases were amazing. We were there late morning / early afternoon on Friday 12/15/23 & i had just fallen by the Columbia store on some ice and they ladies in your store helped me out with bandaids and offered to call someone if i needed them to but i was fine ,just a little cut up and sore. They didnt have to help but they were incredibly accommodating!!!!! We bought some things and ordered somethings and i so wish you were closer to my home because i felt like i was being helped by old friends. We come every year & shopped there twice now and had great experiences each time. Thank you !!!!!”

“I stop by multiple times per year on my way to house on Hadlock Pond. I pay attention to sales and their dog products are outstanding. Last dog purchase was an elevated steel dog bowl holder. Heidi loves it. In the SW corner of the great displays throughout the store is an outlet rack from which I have bought the best kaki's that I have ever owned. I think they were priced at $65 marked down to between 17 to 24. I own and wore to work at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory 5-6 pairs at those great prices. Outstanding! My wife has treated me to a great Orvis pleated pullover. Although a bit pricy, the quality of the products is great and smart shoppers can get good deals. Great place for birthday and Holiday gifts!!! Heidi and I will see you soon!”

“I don't own a lot of Eddie Bauer clothing, but the items that I have had over the years were always really well made and lasted forever. I have been to other Eddie Bauer locations and yesterday was the first time I've ever been to this one in Lake George. I usually leave other EB stores without anything - simply because the stuff doesn't quite fit me well. BUT...I found an awesome pair of fleece lined jeans that I was able purchase as a gift for someone - and they fit perfectly. YAY! It was pretty busy and there was a long line to check out, but I'll definitely try this location again when I need to either buy another gift or treat myself to something new.”
