Needed my battery replaced because i had the wrong battery installed by someone else without knowing and due to that I did not know the correct size battery my car (2015 mercedes c300)needed and that model has like 6 different battery choices based on where the battery is located, The manager Paul suggested we could measure the the slot for the battery to see which battery would most likely fit, due to their policy they cannot install a battery if they don’t know for sure what the correct battery is , So i chose the bigger battery of the two that would fit my car and decided To install it myself , But Paul was very helpful and lent me tools , a few pointers which really helped to get the job done, it was in fact the correct battery I needed and wouldn’t have been able to get this done in such a timely fashion without his help .”
