“I started with Girl Fight Fitness in February of this year to help get in shape. I had never taken kickboxing before, and I thought that the 6-week transformation program would be a great start. In addition to that I signed up for healthy lifestyle coaching with Sami. In the past, I have had a hard time being consistent when it comes to exercise, and I was working on my accountability. I mentioned that in my very first meeting with Amanda. I exclusively attend the Glenville studio and from the very first class, I was welcomed and encouraged not only by the coaches but by my peers as well. Mike and Paula are great instructors and I have enjoyed working with them. I have noticed a change in my body, and I am getting stronger every day. I learned some great nutrition tips from Sami to add to my healthy journey arsenal. Amanda checks in often and has helped me remain accountable. Overall, I have enjoyed myself and will continue to work hard to reach my goals.”

“Great gym! Excellent place to work out. If you’re a student or alumnus, I highly recommend. Half of the first floor has cardio machines, as well as muscle group training machines. On the bottom floor you’ll find the weight training area.”
“Love this gym. It’s never really packed somehow and it’s always clean. You don’t ever have to wait on machines for too long if someone is using it. There’s also a private room that you can workout in that has a projector with tons of classes to do. It’s also open 24/7 which is great. You can come and go and not be bothered at all. The owner is also very nice as well.”
“Place is great. Some guy lost his keys on top of the lockers, it was his only set and the female manager made sure he got his keys. She went above and beyond her work expectations. I don't know why he didn't keep his keys up front? I'm glad it didn't take long to retrieve the keys . So what other place would go this far?”
“There is a young man that works here named Donte. He is phenomenal. I see this young man cleaning everything all the time. He is never not working. I love his work ethic. He's polite, courteous, his customer service skills are phenomenal.. They definitely need to give this young man a raise. I see him cleaning things that a man typically wouldn't think to clean.. I don't know if that was the training that they gave everybody because I don't see anybody else do it. Or if that was just home training he got. Either way this young man is such a good employee. I know he's going to go far in life!! Thank you Donte for all your hard work
