“Stopped by this little gem after my granddaughters graduation for breakfast sandwich. The aroma was so inviting, i love the smell of baked bread! We all decided to go with bagels instead because they look so delicious. We had bagels instead because they all looked so good. We had them toasted with plain cream cheese and let me tell you they did not skimp on the cream cheese! Overall we were all satisfied with our bagels and pastries.”

Decent tools at affordable prices, seasonal items, painting supplies, garden supplies, shipping supplies, all sorts of garage stuff, and plenty of other misc stuff I don't necessarily need but always find a use for. “I arrived at Lowe’s to pickup an online order that had been shipped from the manufacturer. As I was sitting in my car for curbside, an associate, Sierra, approached my car about my purchase. Despite measuring to ensure the items would fit in my vehicle; I had not anticipated they would arrive on a pallet - which would definitely not fit in my SUV.
Sierra introduced me to the manager on duty, Nicole, and these two kind staff members adjusted the paperwork in the system to have the items delivered to my home. They went above and beyond to assist me, with kindness, for which I am extremely grateful.
On the scheduled date, the pallet was delivered in the promised timeframe and the forklift driver was able to position the pallet exactly as requested.
Hats off to the outstanding customer service at the Lowe’s store in Glenville. I live a half hour drive away and there are numerous other Lowe’s stores much closer to my home; but you can’t put a price tag on OUTSTANDING customer service !!! Thanks to all who assisted me - I am now a loyal customer at the Glenville Lowe’s !!”
