“I want to give a huge thank you to Logan at the AT&T store in Glenville. Even though my phone issue still isn’t fully resolved yet, Logan went above and beyond trying to help me. He spent so much time working on the problem, repeatedly calling for additional support and pushing things through on the backend until we finally made progress tonight.
What really stood out was his patience, kindness, and dedication. He even stayed about a half hour after closing to continue helping me instead of rushing me out the door. “After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

They did not have the color phone he wanted but she went out of her way to help him locate one at a store in our area even though it was very late. She was professional, thorough, and committed to help him find the right phone and the right deal. Trust her to help you navigate to the best opportunity. Not to mention she was just delightful!
Today I had to follow up on a matter we were struggling with. Jason, the store manager, overheard the conversation the rep and I were having. He came over to assist. It is obvious that excellence is the standard there. Jason made the calls necessary to resolve my concerns, reviewed my account, ensured that we had the things we needed and educated me about things that I was not using.
There are stores closer, but as long as he and Jaime are there that is my store of choice.
The Scotia Glenville store and staff are top notch service providers. Just can't say it enough, go there you are in great hands!”
