I literally thought the cashier was joking when she refused to go check and see if I had mail. I would be mistaken. Blatantly lied about me checking for my mail the day before. Insinuated I'm the liar. I hope she feels good bullying a cancer survivor

I went this Saturday to renew my passport at Gloversville NY post office and the lady says I have to do it myself and send the form, or online. They only do first time passports.

I love this post office. best post office I've ever been in. The people working are always nice and fun to talk to, and very helpful and patient with my mental illness. I was able to get a very specific po box number as well, so that was super cool.

You can not be connected to an agent when you call the automated system hangs up on you. The email contact via the website also does not work it gives error receipts. Very overwhelming to contact anyone via phone or email. The process should not be this complicated. Terrible customer service.

I don't always get packages delivered, but when I do I prefer them lodged in a broken window instead of placed on my porch using the door.

Apparently drivers can pick and choose who they deliver their mail too, and if they feel you're residence isn't adequate then you will not be receiving your packages, despite sidewalks and parking lots being plowed and salted.

This is how we are now receiving our UPS Mail now, both card were sent out at the same time and location. The torn card was received a day later in its blacken/torn condition.When this matter was taken to the Gloversville UPS to the head of delivery; Matt Decker and his reasoning was that their mail is now being sorted by a machine, so that is were the marks and the corner tear had happened.When asking Matt about there being possible mail tampering (notice that the card is taped up as if their may have been something inside of grave importance to the receiver).When told that it looks like someone tore it open and peered inside, his statement stayed the same, “The marks were made by the machine and that they sometime get torn open”, no further investigation will be followed up by their department.There appears to be no accountability within our local Postal Services.I will also be posting to Google and other media sites so as to keep folks aware and alert.
