He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!”

“Last Wednesday, we left Macon, Georgia, in our Tiffin RV and headed north. We were on I84 E and within two hours of our destination. All of a sudden an indicator light came on on the dashboard. One that we had never seen before. Our RV is on a Ford chassis so I searched for a Ford truck service location and found out that we were within 20 miles of Healey. It was Friday and we took a chance that they would have time to check out our issue. We arrived and explained what had occurred why we stopped. The service office did not hesitate to see what they could do for us. Next thing we knew, a technician was headed out to our RV, taking time to asset our problem. With his technical assistance, we learned that the light actually indicated we were now set for towing a vehicle - which we never do. A great result for us and very much appreciated. It is difficult to find service when you are traveling and not familiar with what might be available. Thank you Healey for being an outstanding example of what service should be. Your customers are fortunate to be serviced by your team.”
