Not only did he drop everything to help us out, but found the issue in five minutes. A hose had come loose. He put it back on and didn't charge me anything for it. Just said it was a courtesy he does for his clients. I pass by there every few weeks. I will go back there for my regular maintenance from now on.”

“June of 2025 I purchased a Honda walk behind mower at Formula H. I was excited to own it and was shown how to operate and care for it by the Team at Formula H. Unfortunately this season it suffered a failure in a major way. I called Formula H and was invited to bring it in right away. Kevin called me within a day or two to tell me that they’d diagnosed the concern and called Honda on my behalf. A complete repair/rebuild had been authorized under full warranty. Parts were ordered and I simply needed to be patient. Everything was handled and is being handled in the most professional and courteous manner I’ve ever experienced. You only get this kind of service when you buy local and from a reputable business like Formula H!”

Went in for yearly inspection and unfortunately my rear rotors and brakes were in bad shape and needed to be replaced, also had calipers replaced as well since they were looking rough. Best to get the entire setup changed at once so that it will work most efficiently and last longer. Glad they were able to complete the work same day while I waited.”

I called Mike, and as soon as he heard I had needed a tow truck, he offered to stop by my house to take a look. His repair shop is only about five minutes away. After diagnosing the problem, he returned about 30 minutes later with the necessary part and fixed it on the spot.

I had a significant amount of work I needed done to my car, Tiffany the Office Manager is fantastic and so kind, she called me throughout the process as they went through the vehicle and found parts I needed, Tiffany shopped around while on the phone with me to find the cheapest price, made sure I knew every detail as the continued to work on the car so I had no surprise bill. They are quick and incredibly fairly priced. My car was perfect compared to when I pulled in. I had 4 tires put on, oil change with a few things that came along with that, new lug nuts and most importantly needed two new flex pipes and my Jeep sounded like a Harley Davidison and I left and my car was purring like a cat lol!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live in Sullivan County and will drive to Orange County moving forward I will not service my car anywhere else again! 100% 10 STAR”
