“The staff at this branch has a long history of welcoming personal interaction with customers. We do all of our business banking with this branch and Michael, Jon-Luc, George, and the rest of the team are all fantastic. They follow up and are so thorough. When we needed help financially to bridge a short term gap in our cash flow, George the branch manager was there and pulled off a line of credit in less than 48 hours. We will highly recommend this branch to anyone that asks!Our only concern is that we feel as though M&T corporate is not supporting this branch enough with hours or staff as the hours have been significantly reduced over the past year with no sign of return. This branch is walking distance from the County Government Center and could and should be a very key location for M&T.”
