“This post office does the things you need it to do. There was a holdup in front of us in line because their label machine wasn’t fully functioning. It’s not the employees fault but the person in line was kind of rude. It has a small entry but the line wasn’t too long so it was fine. I like how they have things clearly labeled and stamps are displayed.”
“Very kind lady simply took my pre printed label and jacket(returning) and completed the packing process etc without asking for a dime. Class act, rare these days.”

I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. I was trying deposit money into my business trust account and the staff took their time to figure out how to do this and they contacted someone to see how to do so. They really like helping customers, I recommend this post office!”

“Went to this location (as opposed to Middletown) to file a child’s passport application. The experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!”

“It’s been a year since I’ve been in this new UPS store on 211 and it’s totally changed around. They now have two people helping with two different registers which is nice and there’s also a self scanner where you can scan and get your own ticket to put on your package and send out, which is nice and everything seems to move a lot quicker than it did last year last year. That would be a line out the door this year. Everything moves very quickly.”

“Whoever was on duty in creamery dr New Windsor today 7/6/26 . Went above and beyond to make sure my delivery was safe from the rain. I saw on camera the postal worker carefully placed a plastic bag on top of my delivery and rang the bell. For privacy, I don't want to release the video. That was very priceless. Job well done ✔ 👍 👌”
“We stopped in to buy some stamps and were greeted by two of the friendliest post office workers I've ever met! I asked if they had any new designs and they brought out brand new stamp booklets with a floral theme that were still in a plastic wrapper. So cheerful and helpful!”

“The reviews on here must be extremely outdated. This location absolutely is 5 stars. In every single one of my post office experiences, (especially moving from NJ), all have been borderline identical going to the DMV, absolute miserable people and couldn’t be bothered. Pine Island post office completely blew my mind. The whole entire staff is the most friendly, personable, genuine people, that actually make it a pleasure to go in there. I especially love when I walk in to Roberto at the front desk. There is never a day he is not smiling. What really did it for me, that I had to go on here and post a review, I came in with the wrong box to mail my return. Roberto went out of his way to help me get my label off, and box everything in the proper box, (which was an old one laying around that he GAVE me to use), so that I was still able to mail my return without leaving. If I went anywhere else they would have told me to kick rocks and come back with it fixed for them to take. I really love this location! They are hands down the best!!!”

“This location is tiny. It's so small I passed it the first time I came here. There are a few spots on the side. I love this location because there is never a wait. The staff are great. Iris and her team made sure that they communicated the problem they were having and made my experience with them easy. Even offering me other options to assist me with my needs. If you going to leave a review you should at least be truthful. You should be ashamed of your behavior Nancy and giving these people a hard time. Iris even had to apologize on your behave for making other customers uncomfortable , including myself. Do better but let’s not blame the people who are working hard to try and fulfill your needs.”
