“Great service. Shipped a large package FedEx and it arrived early with no issues. At the same time I was able to take care of the USPS media mail package, which also arrived early. Got receipts with tracking info when I shipped the packages. A day later, I also got emails with the tracking info for each. Shipping here was quick and convenient. Especially being able to take care of the FedEx and USPS at the same time.”

I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. “When I walked into the Middletown Staples Copy center there was a very long line. So long, I almost walked out. But The two staff members, Shayna and Kris handled the customers with amazing patience. Unfortunately it is no longer common to see retail associates smile and act calmly since most of them are overwhelmed and overworked. Kris and Shayna clearly and nicely worked with each customer. They even had to manage an evacuation as the fire alarm system in the entire shopping complex went off. If you use this Middletown Staples for copying, printing, etc. know that their team works hard. Show them some patience. It’s not their fault when computers don’t do what we want them to do. If you are looking for good customer service go there and ask for Shayna and Kris.”

And the self service kiosk had some new steps for getting in and also restricting as I was trying to print a large order and it restricts purchase over $80 so Ben was helpful to come over on his own seeing me frustrated to help me to share that and how to use. “5* and only 5* for the team at Warwick PO.I moved here recently and have stopped at the post office several times both to sort out my new address and to manage some important mailings. Not only has the team been incredibly personal and knowledgeable no matter how confused I've been but I've witnessed several situations where the team has gone above and beyond to help other customers.Mail services can be slow and stamps are expensive. These facts are separate from the Warwick PO team who has to bear the brunt of customers' frustrations even if it's nothing to do with them specifically. I've witnessed excellent teamwork, with someone jumping in to help direct a customer, as well as the sense that the people there actually enjoy each other.Last week I stopped in to mail a package and, unfortunately, used a felt tip pen on a plastic envelope. As I was furiously fanning the package to get the ink to dry, I was called over to the desk and packing tape was placed over the writing, ensuring it wouldn't smudge. Such a simple, thoughtful solution but it meant that the team was paying attention and proactively helping me.As I was paying, a woman came in who was very distraught and frustrated, wanting help from the PO team to track a package for her sister. Turns out the sister lives out of state and had gone to her local PO only to be told more than once that they can't help her. The Warwick team listened to the woman and even though it was clear they couldn't directly help the situation, they took time to help the woman figure out who her sister could contact and followed through with finding contact information for her.Personally I find the post office to be a great place to practice 'you get what you give': if you show up with some common politeness and clarity in your request, you can expect an interaction in Warwick that will change your stereotype of the post office.”

“I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings.”

“Worst delivery ever. Dropped off a $1,000 water heater delivered from HD in my driveway without even ringing my doorbell. I was waiting for them to come to deliver to my basement on opposite side if my house. Nope just dropped off and left. Worst experience and worst customer service no way to rectify the situation.”
