Worst delivery ever. Dropped off a $1,000 water heater delivered from HD in my driveway without even ringing my doorbell. I was waiting for them to come to deliver to my basement on opposite side if my house. Nope just dropped off and left. Worst experience and worst customer service no way to rectify the situation.

I was home and I expected the delivery. Then I get a text saying security reasons for no delivery at 8:30 at night. There is no fence around my front yard. Total BS. The driver probably went to the wrong goddamn house. If I don't get my delivery today, FedEx will get sued.

Giving this place even one star is too much. My packages are never delivered on time, if ever, and they regularly claim it’s the wrong zip code or weather. All nonsense. And good luck getting them on the phone.
