hi we're the ones that stayed last night I just wanted to tell you how grateful we are for all your help to a complete stranger. the lady at the bar was very nice and helpful even gave my daughter snacks and a blanket that I will say my daughter loves. I didn't catch her name but she definitely deserves a raise

We stayed for 3 days this month not a pleasant time this time we have stayed there once before. 1 st night we couldn't sleep do to slamming of the doors.We left in the morning expecting the bed to be made and new towels but didn't happened.3 rd night having people talking outside our window until after midnight. The room needs updating and windows need a good cleaning and tub is so stained. Some people that stay there have no respect for guest. The clerk on check in was very pleasant and friendly.

Place is dated but clean a quite place for the most part great little getaway in Western NewYorkRooms: Rooms are from the sixties but did not need much just a place to sleep and showerSafety: Quiet little town not any trouble just a siren or 2 the whole 3 month stayWalkability: Several stores qithin waling distance a Dollar General to the north an a Family Dollar south of place one small grocery store to the southFood & drinks: 2 very good resturants Tim &Bonnies and a asian one China Star

Motel Plam garden is one of the best places to stay in Gowanda and probably the most welcoming place in Eerie county. Very close to the city of Buffalo and Niagra falls. The setting is typical of a county village and the staff very caring with a personal touch. The owners provide a very personal touch to your stay and do support your stay & travel around as a guide. After a day's travel, the in-house bar with Karaoke/jukebox provided a perfect setting to put your worries & fatigue away. Enjoyed every bit and aspect of my stay. I happen to stay for 15 days & upon completion of my stay, I felt as if I was leaving my home. Great Place to shack up. The Motel has 42 well-thought parking and the rooms are really large. Nice heating & excellent housekeeping.

Not a place I would recommend I would NOT visit again !! Didn't feel safe AC did not work it was hot all night drunk people outside at 3 in the morning making noise and peeing by my car.

We've stayed here a couple times now. It's a nice, quiet & clean motel and the rooms are pretty spacious but the linen & furniture decor as well as the bathroom tiles/faucets are very 70's & 80's, so very old school. The staff is also very friendly.

We stayed at this motel 15 years ago when no other places had vacancy. We will never forget it because it’s a bar, motel, and karate school. Haha!
