“I went to this boutique and it was a wonderful experience! The man greeted us when we came in and was always asking if we needed help finding anything. He even brought some styles from the back for me to look at. It was my first time in an abaya store and when I told him I was shopping for my Shahada he congratulated me and gave me a lot of helpful tips about when to come to the store and some items to look for to make learning to pray Salah easier! Everything about the customer service was wonderful and the abayas were well made and had a really fair price! I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you!!”
“Love this shop! Fun and amazing chapstick flavors (the butter lamb is my current favorite, it tastes like jelly bellys buttered popcorn) and recently I bought the saffron and cedar soap and am now obsessed. I have the lotion, soap, and body butter and if they make the hand soap or especially the body spray I will be getting those as well.”

“I desperately needed a couple of gifts and arrived to the store at 8:45pm. The store hours say that they are open until 9:00pm but the majority of stores in this mall were already closed up early. Against All Odds was still open so I ran in and had the best experience!! A sales associate who’s name was Mary went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts!! She did not make me feel rushed at all. It was actually a little past 9:00pm when I cashed out Which I felt terrible about. She was so nice and helpful though and never gave me the faintest idea it was 9:04pm. I’m so grateful and I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Such a great first experience at their store!!”

“It appears that Holly Fratello should be called "Professor Jeans." Apparently with only 3 iPhone photos and a general understanding of my size, she recommended casual and night-out pants. The jeans are currently the pair I wear EVERY day and even sit around in my underwear while that pair are in the wash. (I need to get me a back-up pair ASAP)I was skeptical getting pants as a present, but if I knew in advance these were Professor Jeans' recommendations; I would have unwrapped the package even faster to put the jeans on!What if I was able to work with Holly face-to-face in the store? “I don't normally write reviews (and this one is a little late) but I wanted to share my experience with the extraordinary customer service I received. I was a Last Minute Annie and went in days before Christmas to place my order. I brought in the garments I wanted done (very close to closing time no less) and explained the matching daddy - daughter shirts I wanted for my son and 4 month old granddaughter. She was pleasant, showed me the design she had, and the whole interaction took minutes at best. Fast forward to a few days after Christmas. Before wearing, my son washed the his shirt (inside out, on cold and line dried it) and the designed washed out. There was no color left. It was basically a white blob on the front of his shirt. I emailed the store, included pictures and asked if there was anything they could do. They responded promptly, apologized, asked me to bring the items in and we reviewed them together. I explained that my son was afraid of ruining his daughter's onesie so he didn't wash it after he saw what happened to his shirt. They asked if they could have both items and keep them a while for testing. They explained they would replace the items I brought in, redo them and run some tests. They redid the t-shirt, washed both the shirt and the onesie repeatedly on different temperature settings and put them in the dryer before calling me to tell me they were ready for pickup. As if that wasn't enough, they went a step further to ensure this didn't happen to anyone else and made a "test" shirt with a bunch of different decals/artwork all over it. They put this "test" shirt through all the same tests. While they could not explain why this happened to our shirt in the first place, they went above and beyond to ensure this customer's satisfaction! I highly recommend Pasteurized Tees to anyone who will listen! #SupportSmallBusiness”
