“I desperately needed a couple of gifts and arrived to the store at 8:45pm. The store hours say that they are open until 9:00pm but the majority of stores in this mall were already closed up early. Against All Odds was still open so I ran in and had the best experience!! A sales associate who’s name was Mary went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts!! She did not make me feel rushed at all. It was actually a little past 9:00pm when I cashed out Which I felt terrible about. She was so nice and helpful though and never gave me the faintest idea it was 9:04pm. I’m so grateful and I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Such a great first experience at their store!!”

Almost all of the employees are super nice, but there are a few girls that are very rude, They just stare and give you nasty Looks and not welcome you in.

“Bought myself a reflective puffer jacket with a lightning design for only about 32$ usd (about 42 Canadian) which was an absolute deal by the way, and the lady with the pink hair who was there was super nice, one of the most delightful employees I’ve ever met.
