“Went to Quest on Delaware by the 290. I had a 6:50am appointment. Arrived at 6:35. I was taken back right away. They were short handed due to a call in but the phlebotomist even knowing she was going to have a crazy day was so friendly and upbeat inspite of her day ahead. I barely felt the needle go in and I was in & out in about 10 minutes from arrival to blood draw. I will definitely use this location from now on.”
“I was seen here Monday June 24th 2024 at approximately 8am, the lady who took my blood was really nice and normally I am left with a black n blue arm. No pain and no black and blues. Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.”

“This location really surprised me. I had an appointment and I was in and out within 5 minutes! I went on a Thursday at 10:30 am. There wasn't a security guard like the Military rd location standing in the corner. I have never seen a security guard at any other quest location. And I lived in Buffalo for many years! My phlebotomist was professional and polite. I also received my results the very next day via email. It took almost a week to receive my results at the Military road location!”
