“Jody is amazing. I am terrified of getting blood work done I mentioned that to her and she made me feel incredibly comfortable. When I went in the other day I asked if she was able to do my blood work again and she did without hesitation.
I have had this anxiety with getting blood work my whole life Jody has honestly changed that for me. She is so compassionate and I didn’t feel a thing.
I have been to the Fort Erie location 4 times as a walk in and I very rarely have to wait they are pretty quick”
“Once again, "Quest" went about and beyond. As usually (I made an appointment) so there was basically no wait time. The place was very clean and the phlebotomist that took care of me was caring, knowledgeable and friendly (but not too friendly to make it weird). Overall great experience!!! All the phlebotomists there are wonderful!!!”

Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.”

“Quest Grand Island is most convenient for me and I find the staff are friendly. Online check in with the App allow you to check in sitting in your car. Perfect time to book appointments are for 6:10 AM when you are first in for your blood test.”
