This location provides a variety of services including routine lab tests, drug screens for DOT and non-DOT, pediatric specialty, and glucose tolerance tests. It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, located near the Delaware entrance to the 290. Patients report that the phlebotomists are wonderful, describing them as friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and pain-free. The office is noted as being very clean. Making an appointment leads to basically no wait time, contributing to an overall great experience. However, the sign-in process is criticized as ridiculously repetitive and arduous, even after using the app or online system, often requiring information to be re-entered at the kiosk and by the technician. Despite this, many find the location to be much better than another nearby office.
The technician I saw was so pleasant and kind. Very attentive to the patients needs and quite good at her job!

Check in process was fast and easy from my phone. Thence greeted me with a pleasant SMILE, She made the process painless I have hard to find veins and she was able to locate a good one and it was a pain free process. She was the best I had ever had there.
