“This place has a great variety of pet toys, foods, and snacks and I thought the prices would be high due to being a small shop but they were decent. I am visiting from Rochester and had to stop in for our dog who likes to destroy her toys and found a few high quality options. I should have taken more pictures but now you’ll just have to visit in your own. Shop small!!!”

“I have a friend in Buffalo that has 3 young meows. I'd send him food using Amazon, but the cans often arrived dented. I found out that this store was in close proximity to him so gave it a go. I absolutely love it! I find better deals and he can pick up my gift within an hour or two. Super fast and convenient. They also have a fun point system that is a great incentive. I felt so comfortable with him being in Omar's care whose evident affection and commitment towards the pets reassured me. I immediately loved Shannon - she was so warm and kind.Walter's joy was palpable as he found a companion in Joey, another beagle, to romp around with. He emerged from his day at daycare a transformed pup - happily tired and, dare I say, even better behaved!”
“Above and beyond. I’m so impressed by the effort they put in to providing quality pet food. It seems that the conversation surrounding what to feed your pet can be controversial, and in my opinion, they’ve done a great job of offering great quality products regardless of your pets diet! They even offer additional goodies and have an incredible return policy. If your pet isn’t fond of a new food, they’ll take it back. I just make sure to keep my receipt.”

“compared to the humane society on fourth ave in st.catherine’s… this location is 10X better. the animals cages are way bigger and cleaner. i left crying from the st catherine’s location because all the animals looked sad and mistreated.here, the dogs were happier it seemed. wanted to take all them home:(”
