Called Matt, there was a grinding sound coming from under the front end of the car.Matt had us bring it in immediately.
After he drove the car and heard the noise he checked the front breaks. There was a rock that got caught between the rotor and break pad. If Matt didn’t pay such close attention to the noise it might have taken him a lot longer to discover the hidden rock.
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and timely, plus great pricing. My car is running with no noise. I will definitely take my car back if I experience any other problems!”
“Ron and Angela were a little piece of heaven to me I took my car in to get a transmission replaced from a prior job done wrong ! Not only was the job done in little to no time Ron went above and beyond to make sure the job was at perfection searched high and low for missing pieces and if that wasn’t enough of a blessing he replaced my rotors, breaks and sway link bar at no extra cost and made a report for future court proceedings from prior work! I recently took my wife's car for an alignment at a another "reputable" shop and they tried to overcharge for a needed repair. Fast Lane did the repair for half the cost while using OEM parts. Who knows what parts the other shop would have used.”

“This location is no longer called first Klass mufflers, it is now called Executive Automotive Design. I was in need of a full exhaust repair. The service was really good and surprisingly very fast. They explained the problems that they found, and offered a few options. There really isn't a waiting room, but you can sit inside the office/register area. You may even feel better off just leaving your vehicle, and come back when the work is all done. I will be back again.”
