I was particularly impressed by the course condition, which lives up to its reputation; the pristine fairways and expertly maintained bent grass greens are immaculately kept and designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels. The staff are extremely welcoming. Beyond the beautiful 18-hole Par 70 layout, the highlight of my visit was the service. The staff is extremely friendly and looking to please. The VIP Resturant has great food and a nice bar. The woman members are extremely nice.”

“I picked up my key to move in literally the day after the transfer of ownership. In fact, my lease was an Avalon lease. Tomorrow I'll be signing my first Fairfield lease. I love this place. I'm honestly pretty shocked at the other reviews on here because I think it's great. I did live in a terrible place before so this is a huge upgrade for me, but I just don't understand why this place is getting so much hate.I love John and Sylvia in concierge. They're so amazing and sweet and extremely helpful. Guy in the south building is so awesome too.My husband and I can barely afford this place, but we're so happy to be here.Yes, there's a lot of construction all the time, but it's only because they're renovating each apartment between tenants. They're working on making this place so modern and beautiful. I have one of the older apartments and I still think it's really nice. There's great soundproofing between the apartments and I LOVE the new keyless Latch lock system they've added.There are only two things that bother me, one being that quite a bit of noise comes through the windows from the street. The other is that we pay an amenity fee every month, but then there's a fee on top of that if we actually want to use them (this doesn't include the fitness room or pool - no extra fee for those). There's a little lounge in the North building that I wanted to reserve for my husband and I and 2 friends; the cost would have been $350! That just seems crazy to me.Those are the only complaints I have though. This place really feels like home to us and we're really happy to be here.”

She was absolutely amazing —I called last Friday an hour before closing asking if I could come view a unit last minute , even tho I was almost an hour away she was super pleasant and not only took her time to show me around the property and amenities but was happy doing so !!! I came in with my super energetic toddler and she was understanding ,professional, friendly, and very helpful every step of the way. The building itself was beautiful, and her excellent customer service made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Esther, for making the process so pleasant! Please give Esther a raise her service was 10/10 Cannot wait for move in day!”

“Had the pleasure of living here for 7 years.Let me just say that during Covid all the workers were working overtime following all guidelines and keeping the building CLEAN.They are up to date with appliances and Apps for putting in service requests. Very fast and easy to use.Maintenance staff is truly one of a kind and hard working.Prime location (express LIRR will get you into penn station in 10 mins LITERALLY)Sweet and kind neighbors. Safe neighborhood.Surrounding businesses are closed by 9/10 so it’s very quiet at night which is a huge plus.I would recommend this residential building to all my friends and family :)”
