“Anaxity, depression, worry, fear and uncertainty is part of life and if anyone thinks he or she is an exception is certainly in denial. When we enter adulthood , get married and have kids these feelings become part of daily life. We think we are living but in reality, we are fighting just to survive . It’s only with Meditation that I have learned to escape my mind and open myself to see the reality. No matter what is going on in that head of yours , with meditation you realize that you are only living in your mind world. So how about the universe? Isn’t the sun shining every day , aren’t birds chirping all around and isn’t the blue and beautiful sky above your head ! All you need to do is to open your eyes to see and sharpen your ears to hear . It sounds easy but you need to learn and understand it deeply. Meditate and learn to stop fighting with yourself and your mind. Meditate and learn to truly live and be grateful for all the good things in life. It took me 6 months meditating diligently to realize this. I hope to learn more as I go along and share my new experiences with you. I also hope you give yourself a chance to experience it for yourself !”
