“Milin came to my house to troubleshoot a problem between my Hisense TV and Hisense sound bar. After extensive testing he was able to determine that the problem was actually with my Amazon cube. The cube had a ground issue which was causing the sound bar not to work. Milin was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this company.”

“The experience in this establishment is one that all places should learn from when it comes to customer service. I came here to fix my Gaming PC which is a sophisticated system I have with high end parts. I accidentally deleted windows in the command prompt. I ended up stuck at a wall that I couldn’t reset windows. The owner explained to me the cost if he can fix it and the fee if he couldn’t solve the problem. He kept the PC for one day and called me to explain to me that he ran into an issue that he couldn’t solve the problem as well. I knew I had to get a new M.2 SSD. And told him that might be my only option. He felt bad he couldn’t fix the issue I had. And explain to me that he will wave the diagnostics fee.
This place I will recommend for customers service and the above and beyond workmanship of trying to solve the problem.
I fixed the issue myself in the end with purchasing a new M.2 SSD and now my PC is back up and running”

I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. After months of tirelessly searching for a computer technician for some sensitive natured computer services and refusing to use Google because of past bad experiences I gave in to Google and found Jeron. I was still cautious and skeptical at first but then I surrendered to God to guide this project. I called Jeron we spoke about what was needed he was very calm and blunt which was slightly intimidating for me but I trusted him because his business etiquette seemed solid and most of all fair. I am tech savvy and i did troubleshoot the task myself prior so i know it as a job that could have taken a day to a week or so. This guy did it in hours-less than one day! I won't say the cost but I'd say he's very fair, understanding, real and flexible. So give him a chance, he is a hidden gem trying to do his thing.”

“Dan is the man! He's the owner and the one who fixed my issue. I brought in my pool water damaged phone, a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It wouldn't turn on anymore and its been 2 weeks since it was damaged. Two other places have already refused to service my phone and said that it's unsalvagable. One place is Ubreakifix and the other, a Samsung experience store. Dan not only offered to diagnose for free but offered a solution on the spot and an alternative place if he couldn't repair it. He was very detailed and thorough. He was able to fix my phone within 24 hrs. Works just like new!! Highly highly recommend the place.”
