“Amazing customer service and a perfect repair! ? I accidentally cracked my MacBook screen and was in a panic trying to get it fixed before a trip. I reached out to inquire about a replacement, and they kindly walked me through providing some information about the machine before I came in.
They confirmed they had a replacement screen available, explained the cost upfront, and even stayed open a little later so I could come in that same afternoon and get the process started. The repair was completed so quickly, I could hardly believe it.
Incredible service at a fair price. Hopefully I won’t need another screen replacement anytime soon, but if I do, I already know where I’ll go. Thank you again! ?”

“Called a few weeks ago in regards to repairing my Sony A6400 memory card slot that was damaged. Was given a quote over the phone that was WAY less than any other local place near me in NJ plus other places told me they needed to ship out the camera to get repaired. Showed up last Saturday at 10AM and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. was given time frame of around 2 hrs for repair but took a little over 1hr and a half. Also got called 10 mins after i left since they noticed some corrosion that was cleaned off and didnt effect my camera at all. if i had to ship my camera out who knows if i would have been notified of the corrosion or if it would have been cleaned. i recommend this place for all camera repair needs. I hope not to come back anytime soon but if i do need anymore repairs needed this is my 1st stop. THANKS FOR THE SERVIE AND THE HELP GUYS!!!!”

“Max is the best at Tusa TV Repair. I was ready to take a bat to my tv because how dark the picture was. I was in despair and very upset because my 98 inch tv was extremely dark and unwatchable. I tried everything by doing a force reset , disabling eco mode , disabling adaptive brightness. Nothing I did worked. I called Tusa and Max came out and he knew immediately what the problem was. He helped me take the tv off the wall and put 2 folding tables together and disassembled the back of the tv frame and under 5 minutes he fixed the problem. There were 2 loose cables going to the mother board & T-Con board. Poor compliance control from the manufacturer. Max connected the cables and like magic the tv became so bright that he had to turn down brightness to 75%. Tusa Tv Repair is the best hands down with price, response time to come out and give customer peace of mind , and to fix tv in a rapid manner. No short cuts were taken. Max is very honest and a pleasure to work with. He is very cordial and respectful and knows his craft ?. He made my day just in time to see The Knicks go to the finals and win the Championship! Don’t waste your time calling other Tv repair companies. I did & wasted my time. Go with the Best!”

“I found dj fix on line and decided to try them out because of the good reviews and they are located in Brooklyn. I took my powered speaker ELX 200 for a minor issue. It took a while for the repair but the job was completed and I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for there services but more importantly the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. They also moved the shop a block over.I decided to take the 30min. drive to pickup my speaker which was on a Saturday and the website showed that they were open but when I got there they were closed. After a few phone calls and a message the owner called me while I was still in front of the shop and apologized for being closed and asked if I would wait he would come and open the shop to give me my speaker. God bless this man because who would do that.So yes I waited and I got my speaker. So please don't hesitate to drop off your equipment for repair. Great work and great service.”
