“You wouldn't think in this day and age in NYC, there is a genuine human being who is quick to respond, honest, and technically adept. I came here when I saw all the good reviews and this tech shop is near me. My screen kept turning pink. Abdo told me to come over whenever I could and I did. At first, he just cleaned everything, hoping that would solve the issue. So that was a small nominal charge. When that didn't work, I had my screen replaced, and he offered a slightly cheaper generic screen that looks and acts exactly the same. I feel so much better knowing this shop is near me in case I have any other Mac emergencies!”
