“I have an excellent experience with a mechanic by the name John. He was knowledge, professional, humble,and polite.I was having problem with my car tire valve stem yesterday morning and the tire is completely out of air and almost flat. I went to the shop and asked if he can take a look of the problem. At the time, John was busy working on a school bus. But he didn’t hesitate to drop what he is doing and went to my car to take a look of the problem. John explain to me in detail what has to done and replace. He order the TPMS sensor right away and informed me the parts is on the way. After the parts arrived a hour later. He informed me that the part is $161.00 and he think it is expensive to replace. John want to save me some money. John said to me that he will try to unscrew the old TPMS sensor carefully without breaking it to avoid using the new parts.After 10 minutes later. John informed me that he was successfully remove and reinstalled the sensor back to place with a new valve stem. How many mechanic will do something like that to save customer money and being honest person. This isn’t the first time I went to the shop. I have an great experience with John last time also. I have a lot of experience with different mechanic and shop in New York area. I have to said John is one of the outstanding mechanic that I ever met. It is wonderful to know that still has mechanic around like him. Thank you again for being professional, honest, and courtesy to your customer!”
