I started this meditation on Christmas day 2023 when I was so anxious and life was so stressful. This meditation helped me a lot and I can see my life has changed a lot. No more anxiety. Also, habit changing weekly topics helped me to empty my mind. I am really grateful to my helper and this meditation method.
