The passport service is excellent. I went there today and watched the first customer service rep assist a couple with such kindness and grace. She went to lunch and another employee assisted me. Although the situation was not quite as smooth, it was still overall an excellent experience.

Tell me why they are only opened until 4pm? Because of this I almost never get the chance to deliver my packages. This is so frustrating because I own an Etsy shop and I NEED to ship my packages on time, and if I don’t then the Etsy algorithm reduces my customer visibility

The clerk refused to help me and barely let me speak. He kept talking over me and interrupting. I now have an issue with mail being forwarded incorrectly and feel uncomfortable to go to this post office again.

Simply the worst, there was no one at any of the windows.. the one lady that was just ignoring me and 3 other people that was waiting online for about 10 minutes acting like she didn't see us just minding her own business in the back just staring at one card for the whole ten minutes.. There is never any workers there l maybe only 1 at a window.. when at least you should have 2 to 3 because its a busy post office. people this is the post office you should hire people that want to work and have smiles on their faces.. I'm one of them ????update 7/31/24with photo it's 9.10am and nobody here, simply the worst its 9.15am and still no one

Had to deal with this office because a package was being held here. Lady went back for 30s to look, said it wasn't there and gave me a WRONG number to call. Nobody in this office is helpful. Needless to say, package is lost. Hope I never have to come here again

Zero stars!! Incompetent!! Lady charged me 9.25 for mailing a letter with return receipt and no signature required which I kept telling her it shpuld be $3.75! Hours later she still hasnt scanned my letter i to the system. Whoever that short lady is has to go. Holding the whole line up.

If I could give this postal office zero stars I would. I walked up to the front to mail out something before I could finish talking the man said such a fowl racist thing to me. He goes, “why do people In Asia always forget to write the returning address”. It was not necessary for him to say that. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. I really hope someone reads this and talks to HR or management. Extremely unacceptable.
