βIt's a very nice dollar tree. The staff does keep up with maintaining the store while cashing customers out. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Sometimes it can get very busy and overwhelming with the number of customers that can be in the store.β
βThis store was a pleasant surprise. Not knowing what to expect, it was pretty much what I had in mind, but better. The $5.55 T-shirts are pretty great, and I really like the beauty section a lot. It's well maintained, and all of the staff I interacted with were very professional and kind. I did accidentally purchase a kid's T-shirt thinking it was an adult shirt, (not wanting to mess up the pile,) but the return process was no hassle with the receipt.β
βVery nice staff at checkout. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Good fun hunting for items. Please address people who bring pets (not even a service vest) into the store.β
βSo was looking for Dove soap with Shea butter but didn't see so I've asked the guy who was working there he also told where it might be still didn't see it chatted with the guy and he said he would go and check in the back for me came out still saying that they didn't have said thank you cashed out and we left keep up the good work ?β
βThis a nice large,well stocked 125 store. That's what I renamed dollar tree maybe it'll catch on. Also this store has a bathroom available that was clean.β
βSo my bride was assisting in a bridal shower and decided to go out of her mind overbuying things for the shower and we had to return a number of items. With any place returns suck. She asked me to go with her and to my amazement it was actually a pleasant surprise. We were first greeted by someone who I didnβt catch her name but she deferred us to Georgia who Iβm sure had no interest in dealing with us but assisted with nothing but pleasantries. You gave us the prerequisite that we may not be able to exchange all items due to them not all being available at this specific location and we understood. We found our new items to take place of the previously purchased and came to the register. This was 10 mins before closing time. The transaction was swift and the conversation was pleasant. This blew my mind and I will never hesitate to shop at this location. This speaks volumes for a lost art of customer service. Her performance should be commended. Thank you Georgia!β
βI've always said every chain store operates differently. This I feel is due to management, employees, location. And this is definitely true with "Dollar Tree" stores.
Dollar Tree store do have cost cutting benefits. But I may add they are no longer everything just a dollar. Due to many changes inflation, and sometimes I think the Pandemic didn't help us. Products at Dollar Tree now range from $1.25 up to $5.00 dollars.
There are Dollar Tree stores all over in many major cities. And here in the Rochester area and outer city areas there are several. And I've visited many.
Some of stores I've visited look like the old days, like Sibley's, McCurdy's, Sears & Roebuck, and the list goes on. And then there are stores that look like a landfill, a bomb hit it.
The Pattonwood store is a very well run store. All the inventory is neatly organized, the employees are helpful. If you're in the area, check them out. I gave them a 4 star because things have changed with pricing.β
βThis location is always packed. Yet, the staff are always very cheerful and helpful in locating items. This store is usually pretty stocked as well, which is great when I came in a few days ago looking for a few items I could not find at other locations. It is usually pretty clean as well. Overall, a great Five Below!β

βI needed dog treats and stopped by because it was easier than going to other stores. I found the treats at a very reasonable price. I also found some very inexpensive Christmas lights. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly.β
βI give it.4. Stars and this is for all the dollar trees, according to how in their refrigerators they have identified the items that cost $3 $4. $5 dollars should also be charged on items in other parts of the store.β

βOne of the most organized family Dollars I've ever been to not including the most neat as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the prices are always low.β
βI have never found an issue at the Dollar Tree on Culver and Main but it is a shame that it will not answer you as to when it first opened at that location is it a big secretβ
βI shop here often when I am in the neighborhood. The store isn't sparkling clean or anything, but when I go they are well-stocked (for the most part) and usually have what I need. The evening cashier that's there when I go in on Saturday nights is always nice to me and is friendly with all of his Customers. As a former cashier, I know it's a thankless job, and he is doing a wonderful job and keeps a positive attitude! :)β

βLove shopping at this store. Especially looking at what they post on line that you can just say Sold and they hold it for you. Been shopping with them since they opened their first store, which was tiny, I think 5 or so years ago. The owners have been great. I have bought clothes to furniture and everything in between. I am one that loves to look around and find the deals. Thanks Goods Galore. Iβm a customer for life.β
βAdam in Furniture is great!! Very straightforward, direct and to the point. Adam directly lead to a sale of a sectional couch. He helped us buy a couch quickly after we had driven to 3 different stores to track down one specific sectional couch.β

βFine shopping center if I do say so myself. The tiled floor is ultra modern and is very inviting upon arrival... Nothing but the best! Such a great place in the thriving Waring Plaza.Although, I am sad to report that on one occasion I had a severe case a belotedness and as a result I laid a few farts in the store. The gal at the front end was deeply perturbed and grossed out. I had explained to her that the night before I had, on the request of a cool cat named Enrique, to try some rice and frijoles. Needless to say the meal "escaped me" and some farts escaped. This facility should be more sympathetic to one's bowels and gas output. Cheers!β

βSo I come here on a regular occasion. I always walk in for 1 2 3 things. And I walk out with 20. So I was here yesterday and I did the same thing as I always do I came for two things and literally walked out with over $20 in stuff. I came back today because I ended up with a candy bar and my coat pocket that I did not pay for. I made sure to get here before they closed and the doors were locked 8 minutes before 9:00. I came all the way out here to return an item that was $1.25 due to a guilty conscious cuz I actually ended up eating the Godiva candy bar.. The employees came out at 9:00 and would not allow me to pay for this. They told me to keep it. I don't think it's their right to allow and or give something away being that it's not their money and they don't own the store.β
βI came to this location a year ago and had a creeper customer follow me around so I really had not felt safe coming back until recently. I attempted to go to the Hilton location but somehow I missed they closed. So I opted for this location since it's the closest near by. I am glad I did.The employees were very welcoming from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. It's a clean dollar general with a little bit of everything inside. It is very on par for the locations down in tennesee where the company is headquartered. This time there wasn't any creeper customers so I will definitely be backβ

βNothing special or exciting about this Dollar General... But I like to shop they're at least once a month just so there's a viable alternative to Amazon Prime that is in walking distance to my houseβ

βI was starting not to like this store however it has changed, it's more cleaner, although I personally haven't had an issue with any employee I see how they deal with others and I'd say maybe work on customer service skills a bit more, respectfully.β

βI'm such a fan of dollar tree stores! My number one place to go for greeting cards! Seriously, 2 for $1... you can't beat that!!! They have a card for every occasion. They always have some freaking hilarious ones too, check them out! There's other great finds here too, seasonal decor, gifts, toys. Another win for me is their cleaning supplies, great products and super affordable prices!β
