They never over charge or try to sell you something you don’t need or know anything about. They get right down to the point, do what needs to be done and send you on your way as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve been coming here for close to 4 years consistently and have never even come close to having a complaint. I’ve gotten everything from a simple inspection to swapping my tires to full body repairs and every time I’m treated with respect and kindness. He said he his booked two weeks out but to get it towed here and he will take a look at it. I had it there that day and I had my car back 2 days later. I would go back there again. “About a year ago I bought a 2019 Ford F 150 pickup. A nice truck and I did get the full warranty. I was at the park doing some photo work and I had to get some equipment from the box. But, my tailgate latch was jammed. I thought it needed a bit of lubricant, or HD 40. Living right down the street from B and B I decided to stop and ask them for a bit of help, advice versus going all the way out to Van Bortel. I went in and asked the attendant for a bit of help and he immediately got some lubricant and came out. We managed to get the tailgate open but there was still a problem. I asked him if I owed him anything he said no! I was impressed. This was old fashion service. B and B automotive has been around a long time, they know the car business.I would highly recommend them. I ended up taking my truck to Van Bortel for repairs, glad I got the warranty.”

“Steve was very helpful guiding me through various add-on programs and assisted me in choosing what was best for me. Armand was great helping me with obtaining insurance and phenomenal sitting in the car with me, setting up my phone and walking me through how everything worked. Shane was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the laws around hybrids and tax refunds, and kept in good contact with me throughout the process. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I was in a wheelchair when purchasing the vehicle and no one offered to open any doors, or asked if I needed any help navigating through the dealership and in and out of the vehicle. At one point, struggling to get back into the building, a woman, who may have been a salesperson helping someone else, saw me and came to my aid, but I had already managed the door by then.”

“Hands down some of the best customer service i think i have ever seen in any shop, i am the General manager over at Esporta in Henrietta right across the street and my tire went flat i called jiffy lube 15 monutes before close and they were kind enough to send someone over to help me replace my tire, sadly my lugs were stripped so i rolled my car over to their shop and they fixed it for me the next morning! I can not stress enough how amazing these group of guys are, will definitely be a returning customer!”

“Noah was beyond helpful !!! Always kept me posted, involved, and most importantly comfortable. I took in a 2011 Chevy Malibu that was not able to change gears. He said it was a transmission which Is costly but the reassurance he assured was breath taking. The fact he received a transmission that was defective, called told me about it outside of just putting it In was a breath of fresh air knowing he actual took care of his customers and I’m not just another job. Rare in 2023-2024. I would highly recommend and we are definitely locked in if any issues in the future for any vehicle !!!”
