“We brought our 35-lb and 75-lb dogs to Pet Supplies Plus Latta Road store for the Nail Trim/Paw Package on 2/22/26, and it was such a great experience! I made the appointment over the phone with Mikey, and he was able to get us in that same day. He was friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person.
Both of our dogs have pretty high anxiety, and Mikey was incredibly patient and gentle with them. One of our girls was so excited/nervous that she peed on the floor … twice. He handled it with total kindness and never made us feel embarrassed. During the trim and pampering, he was calm, attentive, and genuinely loving with both dogs.
To add to the chaos, one dog tried to make a run for it and wrapped her leash around a display (which came crashing down), while the other used the distraction to steal and devour half of a large birthday cookie. The employee at the register was so patient and understanding through the whole chaotic situation.
We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and sense of humor from the staff — especially Mikey. We’ll definitely be back (hopefully with slightly better-behaved dogs next time!). ?”
