βEric, the pharmacist has taken a huge weight off my shoulders by taking on the job of doing blister packs for my son. We have been able to ask him for his advice on things and he's always done his best to give us the most educated answer.
The store has a little bit of something for everyone and the prices are competitive. It's a great place to shop and keep it local.β
βMy compounded prescription for my dogs epilepsy medicine was transfer here from another pharmacy. They contacted the dogs vet and filled the specialty script in one day!β
βThe owners and staff are the most friendly and amazing people! When Walgreens closed in Irondequoit, I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I was having some medical issues and needed a medication and the pharmacy was going to close in ten minutes. I called and Dave answered the phone. He said he would stay late and wait for my husband to arrive to pickup the medication. Even stressed for us to take our time in getting there as he was fine with waiting. I wish I had known about this pharmacy a long time ago!! Love them.β

βPark Ridge Apothecary is definitely the best pharmacy as far as I'm concerned. I've been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists and technicians here are fantastic! Knowledgeable, caring and will go out of their way to help resolve any issues that may arise with your prescriptions, insurance companies or doctors. Never a long wait.... I've waited 15 minutes once or twice in several years and out of a medication. Courteous, fast and friendly! Great pharmacy with close parking!! β β β β ββ

βJust so everyone knows, the UR Medicine Pharmacy is the same as Sherwood I. Deutsch Pharmacy. It's right off the main lobby and open 24 hours. Service is slow at times but overall good.β
βHave been using Alexander Pharmacy for over 4 years now dedicated staff very friendly helpful and always willing to go the extra distance Irma who I believe is the manager possibly is always a great help and will get knowledge if there's something that she is unsure of. The other staff members are just as helpful with all Stones unturned you will be very satisfied to use Alexander Pharmacy as your primary pharmacist and pharmacy to find out more just ask me exclamation pointβ

βI love this pharmacy it is located inside the Target store. There is a pharmacist there by the name of Jason who has helped me out tremendously navigate around the nightmare of finding the right number to call for an insurance and to cover a prescription for my daughter he was very helpful he got right straight to the point I was able to nail it down and he was helpful in getting a coupon so that my daughter can have a reduced price on the medication I think that this pharmacist is wonderful he is very helpful very nice and I recommend him highly to anyone that wants to have no hassles in getting prescriptions filledβ

βWalgreens has discontinued BOOST canned oxygen; something the elderly rely on, especially in the humidity and heat, on order to breathe. KUDOS to CVS in Gates for carrying it !!β
βEveryone I've worked with at this pharmacy is very knowledgeable and quick. This is a high traffic location, but the line is rarely very long. The few times I've had questions or issues with coupons codes they've been extremely helpful. Thanks to the pharmacy team at this Wegmans!β

βI wanted to give a shout out to Yadiselle who is a pharmacy technician at Walgreens 3535 Mt.Read Blvd, Rochester, NY. I have been dealing with this location for a little over 6 years. Yadiselle is by far the most helpful person that I have ever worked with at this location. My prescription refills tend to be a little more difficult then most and she took the time to help work everything out for me, so that I could get my meds in a reasonable amount of time. I guess she hasn't been with the company for very long, but you would never be able to tell by speaking with her. Hopefully, Walgreens doesn't screw it up and they treat her right. This is exactly the right type of person that needs to be in the pharmacy helping people. I know customers can be unappreciative and can give a hard time to associates because they are frustrated, but in customer service you should always do your best to stay calm and caring, especially when dealing with customers and their prescriptions. This is how some people are only able to function, or are dealing with something long term that doesnt have a good outlook. Their meds are needed and from the other end you dont truly know what is going on, so being compassionate and listening is the best thing you can do. I have been in store management and district management for over 20 years with this size store and bigger. She is the 1st employee in 6 years at this store that has stood out to me, for politeness, listened (without cutting me off) and to help me figure out my sometimes pain in the butt refills. Dont lose her! Thanks again Yadiselle for all that you have done to help me! This means a lot to me as well as many others I am sure.β
βExcellent customer service and a level of care you just donβt get from the big pharmacy chains. I was in a real pinch, and the owners truly went out of their way to help me get my sons prescription quickly. βThe pharmacist there McKenna is amazing she went out of her way to help me out with my prescription. She actually looked up which stores had my prescription and made sure they had it before having my doctor send it over to them. She didn't have to but, did take the time to help me. Where my last pharmacy wouldn't have done anything. Except to tell me to deal with it on my own.This is the main reason why I switch to Walgreens. Pharmacist and staff like this make all the difference in the world. Thank you guys!!!β

βMy newest go to Wegmans since it's so close to my job. Parking lot needs some love, could just be a normal ROC winter but the pot holes and busted up spots are a mess. The store itself is smaller than what I'm used to but it still has everything I need and want! Great grab n go prepared foods and made to order sub area. Go before noon, line gets crazy. Nice beer selection, really like their set up here showing different local beers. Self check out is my go to... they should add a few more for their busy times.β

βI haven't actually used them, but in confusion I called them rather than the place my provider actually sent a prescription. They were very nice, and helped me figure out where I should actually be calling. Really respect the kindness and willingness to help someone out who isn't (yet) a customer!β
βIt's a pharmacy but it is an awesome pharmacy. Not in any ostentatious way but the work they do if kind and positive. Their locale being alongside Highland Family Medicine makes it the obvious partnership. You do not have to go far to get those meds when you are already feeling down in the dumps. Plus, the association of Strong Medicine and the U of R is the best practices one could hope for in medical care and well being. Highly appreciate the workers who take my call asking if a script is ready so I do not waste my time. Friendly, efficient, clean, safe, and many other positive attributes. A 5th star is always tough to give out because their is always room to grow. To me 4 stars says yes, this is a great pharmacy to use and you will be happy you did!Peace! βοΈβ

βI switched from CVS to this Walmart Pharmacy about 9 months ago. What a difference in the quality of customer service! This pharmacy fills orders quickly, the pharmacists and techs are friendly and helpful (especially Brandon), and you donβt wait for 30 minutes to get a live person on the phone when you call like at CVS. Worth switching!β
