“Park Ridge Apothecary is definitely the best pharmacy as far as I'm concerned. I've been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists and technicians here are fantastic! “I wanted to give a shout out to Yadiselle who is a pharmacy technician at Walgreens 3535 Mt.Read Blvd, Rochester, NY. I have been dealing with this location for a little over 6 years. Yadiselle is by far the most helpful person that I have ever worked with at this location. My prescription refills tend to be a little more difficult then most and she took the time to help work everything out for me, so that I could get my meds in a reasonable amount of time. I guess she hasn't been with the company for very long, but you would never be able to tell by speaking with her. Hopefully, Walgreens doesn't screw it up and they treat her right. This is exactly the right type of person that needs to be in the pharmacy helping people. I know customers can be unappreciative and can give a hard time to associates because they are frustrated, but in customer service you should always do your best to stay calm and caring, especially when dealing with customers and their prescriptions. This is how some people are only able to function, or are dealing with something long term that doesnt have a good outlook. Their meds are needed and from the other end you dont truly know what is going on, so being compassionate and listening is the best thing you can do. I have been in store management and district management for over 20 years with this size store and bigger. She is the 1st employee in 6 years at this store that has stood out to me, for politeness, listened (without cutting me off) and to help me figure out my sometimes pain in the butt refills. Dont lose her! Thanks again Yadiselle for all that you have done to help me! This means a lot to me as well as many others I am sure.”

“I love this pharmacy it is located inside the Target store. There is a pharmacist there by the name of Jason who has helped me out tremendously navigate around the nightmare of finding the right number to call for an insurance and to cover a prescription for my daughter he was very helpful he got right straight to the point I was able to nail it down and he was helpful in getting a coupon so that my daughter can have a reduced price on the medication I think that this pharmacist is wonderful he is very helpful very nice and I recommend him highly to anyone that wants to have no hassles in getting prescriptions filled”
“Wegmans is a premier grocery store. Their stores are clean, well-organized, and customer-focused. Their name is associated with quality goods and services. Present manufacturing shortages aside, they are also usually well-stocked. Their products include typical store brands, as well as their own store brand, and even local produce. Wegmans brand products are generally very good, and they are known for their prepared foods. Their stores offer a substantial natural food section along side such services as a pharmacy, pizza/sub shop, fresh sushi, bakery, floral shop, and some even offer catering. They also have online ordering with home delivery and curbside pickup. There's also a pretty user-friendly app where you can find specials and digitized coupons. Shopping at Wegmans in Rochester, where the store was founded has really spoiled me and makes grocery shopping elsewhere fairly difficult, even with some staples slightly higher priced than other grocery stores like Aldi and WalMart. However, their store brand prices are very competitive. If you get the chance to shop at Wegmans, don't pass it up. It is a worthwhile experience that has garnered interest from international grocery stores. But, it might just make shopping elsewhere a tad less enjoyable.”

“My newest go to Wegmans since it's so close to my job. Parking lot needs some love, could just be a normal ROC winter but the pot holes and busted up spots are a mess. The store itself is smaller than what I'm used to but it still has everything I need and want! Great grab n go prepared foods and made to order sub area. Go before noon, line gets crazy. Nice beer selection, really like their set up here showing different local beers. Self check out is my go to... they should add a few more for their busy times.”

“I was everyone's worst nightmare today. I have FSA dollars I need to use. I was picking up a prescription for my son, and figured I would use up my dollars, especially seeing I needed more for Christmas. I mean, who doesn't want a massaging heating pad for Christmas?!?!? But there were four items in my cart that were not covered, and we had gotten to a point where she could not remove them, and would have to cancel and start all over with my $400+ FSA purchase. There was a long line behind me, and I didn't want to do it, but I didn't have the $40 to cover the non-FSA items in my cart. I told her I had no choice but to cancel and restart. Angela S. didn't bat an eyelash. She said, let's take it slow and steady and we will get through this. I was sobbing...complete embarrassed for what was happening. I mean, if I had the money I would have paid and been on my way, but I truly didn't have the money. She started to do my order by the bag so that we could step by step ensure FSA was going to cover everything. In the meantime, I was racking up rewards, and successfully using up my FSA dollars. I had some clearance candy, and a couple of gift cards I needed to purchase separately, and by the time we did that, I had $20 to apply to my order. What she didn't know is that by doing all this for me, I was able to double the amounts I was going to put on the cards...my $15 gift cards for my nephews turned into $30, and this horrendous event became my blessing in disguise! She for me was my guardian angel today...God works through people, places and things in so many ways!”
