“I had such a great experience today! The girl with the pink hair was incredibly helpful and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She gave me amazing recommendations and was so kind and patient the whole time. She mentioned filling out a survey for her but I couldn’t figure it out, so I wanted to leave a review instead. Sephora is lucky to have someone like her!”

“This Kohl's is super clean. Lots of variety. Large clothing and shoe departments. Cute home decor and a hidden gem toy department. If you need to ship something back to Amazon they even have a counter there where you can get a coupon back.”

“First time here today because of the semi-annual sale caught my eye. I usually have low expectations with customer service because they usually don't pay attention to me while they mindlessly fold clothes. However, I was lucky enough to meet Darlene, who surprised me with her kindness. She immediately took the items I was holding and made a fitting room with my name drawn on it with a heart. She addressed me by my first name, asked if I needed anything while I was trying on clothes, looked for other sizes on a romper that was too small for me while I was in the fitting room, and complimented the items that I did choose. I wish I could meet more people like her while I shop. Thank you, Darlene, and I will definitely be back!”

“I stopped in today just to pick up an online order but I left wanting to shop here more often because of all the friendly employees that gladly helped me find my way (I literally missed the sign that I was standing in front of ?). In a day when it seems like in person service is shoddy, the customer service in this store was a wonderful find!”

“Laiza was so easy to chat with and very patient with doing my hair. I felt bad because how long my hair was but she did a awesome job. I wanted layers with a black root fading into a burgundy with just alittle blue high light in the middle for upon my sons request. ?? I'll be seeing ya in 2 weeks to do some fun colors.”
