“It was my first time going into a store location, I usually order online and went on to return some items that didn't fit. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone thinking about visiting a Torrid.Positives: Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. No wait for a fitting room or check out and I went on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. Plenty of sizes of every item in stock and the store was clean and organized. Honestly probably the best retail experience I've had in a long time.Negatives: None! My only gripe is that a lot of styles I was interested in online are not sold in-store. But that is not the fault of this specific location, and they will even order sizes online they do not have in stock so you can pick them up in store.”

“Continually just my favorite people to work with in any retail store. They go the extra mile. Forgive me I couldn't help myself. They're great at getting you the right shoe, and i highly recommend their aftermarket sole inserts. Have decreased my foot pain a great deal. Prevention is key though. I've never had a bad experience in any location, and I've been a customer for over 10 years in many places. But the victor location my current home spot. And they're just great.”

“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”

“I had the pleasure of shopping at J Jill at Eastview Mall this week. It was like a high-end boutique versus a regular mall store. The women were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made suggestions to create outfits and how to wear various pieces in a variety of ways. And they were so helpful in the dressing room, volunteering to bring alternate sizes and more. I’d highly recommend this store.”

“The overall customer service was very pleasant, I just have more of a gripe with the company: I know they're not the same as they used to be, but they have much more diverse clothing options online (Tripp and other "classic" brands) that I wish they carried in this store. It would be nice to have the option of edgier clothes for teens that may be shopping with their parents without having to go to Spencer's. Overall, clean store that is much easier to navigate than it used to be.”

“I shopped here today and had a great experience with help from Trent. He was saying hello and welcoming each customer as they came into the store, then asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. I really hate shopping and had been in about 13 stores before this, without any store employees acknowledging me. So at this point I wanted help. I told him that I was looking for jeans and it had been years since I've bought a pair. I live on an island so shorts are my "go to." He was so quick to pull a couple pair and ask if I liked the style, then helped me find sizes. While I was in the dressing room, I could hear his bubbly personality greeting customers and helping other customers. When I cashed out, he was busy, but I was sure to thank him and tell him the store is lucky to have him! He's an asset to that store. I would've spent $300 on those jeans and not even blinked an eye lol! I literally did not even look at the cost. The experience was that great! As a business owner I can appreciate that he was loving his job and working hard for the company. Most people these days show up to work and do the minimum just to get a pay check. I could tell Trent liked what he was doing. And if he was faking it, then fake it till you make it Trent! You are fabulous and Buckle is lucky to have you. Thank you again for a lovely shopping experience.”

“You'll always find a good deal at gap. If you can't find one, ask an associate because they know all the steals and deals. This place is well stocked and the staff are friendly. The store is big though so you may not always be able to find someone within view. Gap and Gap kids are connected so you can get all your family's shopping done in one checkout. The place is clean and the clothes are good quality.”

“The manager was super nice, my friend and I went to get our ears pierced and he was trained and experienced, along with the rest of the staff, the store was a very clean and professional setting. “I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”

A lady named Diane, I believe she was a manager had everyone looking for it, when we couldn’t find it she was nice enough to issue me a new coupon. I do love the boho-chic mood of the clothing and have found from time to time a piece here and there to add to my collection, but I do agree that the prices are high if it is a style that may not last a season.
