“This place is amazing! very knowledgeable staff and very helpful! i have had issues with my feet for my entire life, I have struggled to find a decent pair of shoes forever; i have narrow heels and wide toes. the technology they use to measure and scan your feet was awesome! the young gentleman that helped me was amazing at his job, i left there feeling like I was walking on cloud nine! he explained to me exactly why he picked the type of shoes that he did to show me, and the dynamics of how I'm stepping. it actually felt like he wanted to find me the right pair of shoes, Not just sell me something. although on the higher end of price, definitely definitely worth it. And definitely will recommend!”

“I went in today and had Destiny fit me. I have lost a lot of weight and knew I was in the wrong size but Destiny found bras that were amazing. She brought in so many different styles, shape, colors and material. It was so nice to have someone help and see if they were exactly right and once we both knew what I really liked we could go from there. If anyone needs new bras please go there. I have never had such a good experience and for bigger sized girls they had the sizes.”

I walked in wearing sweats, a tshirt and a baseball cap 😂 I explained I wanted something feminine, but professional. I have 7 corporate visitors coming next week and I need to dress to impress! Had it not been for her, I would not have known to drop down a size! She picked the perfect combination and even ordered the right size to be shipped to me. Carey at East View Mall is the GOAT!”

“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”

“Went there to purchase bras and get fitted based off a reddit thread and was not disappointed. Natasha was amazing!She was very friendly and attentive. There was four in our group and she measured us all and helped us find what we were looking for. Even after the sizing, some of the bras didn't quite fit right and she found better styles based on the feedback during try on.”

“A fabulous new edition to the Eastview Mall. The interior is beautifully curated. Spacious yet warm and inviting. This high end shop offers a fantastic range of clothes, handbags, jewellery and many more items at very reasonable prices. On top of that the changing/dressing rooms are huge. The cosy seating makes the experience even more special. Aur Society makes me feel like I’m back in Harrods/Selfridges (London). Emily was a gem. Very smiley, polite and helpful. It’s a shame I can’t only post any videos because this place has to be seen to be fully appreciated.”

Timothy has an incredible eye for style and a deep understanding of material, fit, and timeless design. A different associate had accidentally processed a duplicate charge, and when I called the store, Timothy handled everything immediately. He personally reviewed both receipts — including in-store purchases and ordered items — and followed up to ensure everything was accurate. That level of thoroughness and accountability is rare, especially considering the error was not his. Timothy is not just a sales associate — he is a true stylist and a significant asset to Madewell. The company is incredibly fortunate to have someone who brings this level of professionalism, authenticity, and care to the client experience. I look forward to continuing to work with him.”
