“I went in today and had Destiny fit me. I have lost a lot of weight and knew I was in the wrong size but Destiny found bras that were amazing. She brought in so many different styles, shape, colors and material. It was so nice to have someone help and see if they were exactly right and once we both knew what I really liked we could go from there. If anyone needs new bras please go there. I have never had such a good experience and for bigger sized girls they had the sizes.”

There was four in our group and she measured us all and helped us find what we were looking for. “My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”

“I had an exceptional experience at Madewell Eastview Mall, and it was entirely because of Timothy.
I first worked with him back in November, when he helped me build a beautifully curated winter capsule wardrobe. Then, just a few days ago, I returned and he created an entirely new spring/summer capsule for me. Both experiences were equally thoughtful, intentional, and seamless.
Timothy has an incredible eye for style and a deep understanding of material, fit, and timeless design. Each piece he selected felt elevated and cohesive, with full looks that included accessories like belts, shoes, and bags. Nothing felt trendy or disposable — everything was classic and meant to last.
What truly sets him apart is how he shows up. He is attentive without ever being pushy, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel comfortable and confident in what you’re choosing. He understood exactly what I was looking for and executed it effortlessly.
During my most recent visit, he went above and beyond — checking multiple sizes, colors, and materials, pulling options from both the floor and online, and taking the time to walk through everything with care. The entire experience felt easy, enjoyable, and personalized.
Even after I left, his level of service continued. A different associate had accidentally processed a duplicate charge, and when I called the store, Timothy handled everything immediately. He personally reviewed both receipts — including in-store purchases and ordered items — and followed up to ensure everything was accurate. That level of thoroughness and accountability is rare, especially considering the error was not his.
Timothy is not just a sales associate — he is a true stylist and a significant asset to Madewell. The company is incredibly fortunate to have someone who brings this level of professionalism, authenticity, and care to the client experience.

“A fabulous new edition to the Eastview Mall. The interior is beautifully curated. Spacious yet warm and inviting. This high end shop offers a fantastic range of clothes, handbags, jewellery and many more items at very reasonable prices.
On top of that the changing/dressing rooms are huge. The cosy seating makes the experience even more special. Aur Society makes me feel like I’m back in Harrods/Selfridges (London).

Shopping with the daughter, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful, my teenage daughter even commented that they clearly like their jobs and enjoy working there. The store manager was the cherry on top! I completely failed and forgot my card and was able to look up my account and still is the huge discount! Solid win for the day!
