Moving from dorms to apartments I finally have finished moving my things out and it went as smoothly as it could go, they’re very informative and keep you up to date when things are changing. Rates have been consistent, and when I needed to move units they found me a more affordable one. Been a customer for about 3 years :)”

Management is very helpful, and the facility is very clean. Rates aren’t bad, my only issue is the location. It’s a little far from my house! I definitely recommend.”
“Jake went above and beyond in helping me with a large and very stressful move. He was such a world of difference from the very disorganized and unprofessional experience I had with Prime Storage. They raised my rates within months, had constant and immediate issues with access & were overwhelmingly rude. Jake, on the other hand, actually made things easier, was accommodating and more, he physically lent a hand! It was so appreciated. The facility is clean and secure and I cannot recommend it enough!”

“We loved the space (20x30). Had a few issues with the doors. One didn’t lock so we put in a request to have it fixed. Waited 2 months for that to be “repaired”. It still never locked so I’d use vice grips on the inside to lock it down. The man door would stick badly. Which obviously caused a problem with getting to the vice gripped door. I put a request in for that and it was never taken care of. Then they raised the rent (every 3 months) So we had two doors which neither worked or functioned properly. Never got a key for the lock on the man door and was asked to return it. Never had an initial walk through or a final walk through. The company next door has a dumpster in their unit. Ran over a few screws and would constantly find them parked in front of my door in the morning while they smoked weed. Only reason I’m leaving this review is because I keep getting emails to review them. I wasn’t going to but maybe they will stop now.”

“The owner is a really great person and his units are very well maintained, and also has mouse traps outside to help deter them from the units. Very fair prices, actually the best in the county! Plenty of storage for vehicles, boats, RV's, etc... too.”
