She made sure to ask me what I thought of each dress before I stepped out to show my mom and friends, so that we could see how I felt about the dresses without being influenced by their opinions. They have a large selection of dresses but I ended up finding mine very early on. I knew it was the one when I kept comparing every dress afterwards to it. One of my brides had one for her wedding and I immediately fell in love. We went to the Manhasset store during a sale they were running, and their professionalism and hospitality mannerisms were beyond anything I would have expected.  Everyone there was so nice and helpful! “Thoroughly impressed with the care I received from the owner and delivery manager. I inherited 2 vintage all-sequined cocktail dresses from my late aunt with great sentimental value and wanted to clean them in order to preserve them. Andrew reached out and said he wanted a phone call to discuss his concerns with cleaning such old, delicate dresses and to inform me of the process they would use. I was blown away at the CARE and attention to detail. I felt assured the dresses were in good hands. He really took the time to explain everything, ask what I wanted, expected, and I could just really tell he CARED about making the customer happy and was serious about dry cleaning! I'm so impressed because I have dealt with so many businesses who just do not care about the customer. He was always accessible to take a phone call. And they do pick up and delivery and were SO accommodating to my schedule. The delivery manager was also incredibly friendly and caring. Found my new dry cleaners! Of course, both dresses came out perfect. Both were carefully packaged in storage boxes with tissue and silicon gel packets to absorb moisture for years of safe storage. Highly recommend!”

“One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was working with Sydney as our day of coordinator. 1-2 months before the wedding, Sydney sent us a spreadsheet to help plan the smallest logistical details in the wedding, and where she saw gaps, she explained what we needed and offered her advice. Sydney always made herself available to hop on a call and was very responsive throughout our entire process. She was fantastic in keeping track of every email for months and created the perfect timeline for our wedding.

On the day of our wedding, Sydney was a true force of nature -- my mom described her as a warrior. She was ready with tide wipes when my dress got smudges during the first look. Sydney set up the ceremony and reception impeccably (and, when there was a problem, she informed me, offered me her thoughts and just dealt with it). She allowed me to just sit back and enjoy my own wedding. She exceeded all our expectations in every way.

“Ok so I came across them in Carl place, but I fell in love with how the owner. She did such an amazing job with my eyebrows so then when she moved to this store, I made sure to follow her there as well. She has wonderful employees. But as always There are two that have literally stood out for me. I am extremely picky, especially with my eyebrows. I have to trust you with all for my eyebrows, but these two workers they are absolutely phenomenal. They listen exactly to what it is that I want and I absolutely love that. Ruby She has an amazing touch super soft ! Doesn’t even feel harsh at all. She made my eyebrows look so good. I got so many compliments and I was just through the roof today because I loved them each time. I met another one today Her name is Raj. She did great !! I told specifics and she didn’t dissappoint me at alol I was nervous at first but when I saw them JUST HOW I WANTED I was relieved!! and I’m so happy that I can trust another person with my eyebrows love this come to the store. From literally the first day I initially called and spoke with Leslie to confirm they had my color, to the last day my last bridesmaid picked her dress, I have had the absolute perfect experience. The time, and attention and assistance are impeccable. Leslie made me feel so comfortable, so confident in my choice, and she worked so closely with all 10 of my bridesmaids to help them pick their dresses and take their measurements. She always has the most positive, most uplifting personality and to be honest, Im going to have to schedule myself a divorce and get remarried just so I have an excuse to go see her again! the selection of brands, and dresses within the brands is incredible.
