“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”
“We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm of Carle Place! Our sleep expert Julie was so kind and patient with us while shopping. We started off very overwhelmed, but by the end of the visit we had found our perfect mattress thanks to Julie. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and we’re so thankful to her! “This review is for my experience in the showroom and communications with staff. The showroom is very clean and has models of many types of bedroom furniture geared mostly towards children and teens. As an adult I found the options enjoyable and wished they existed when I was younger! The staff were knowledgeable about their products and helped me explore various furniture layouts for my needs. Since I was shopping for a bunk bed, it was integral to see what a low, medium, and high bunk would feel like. The store had all presentations. “Me and my husband recently had the pleasure of visiting a family owned mattress store called "BedQuarters" in Mineola, it was an experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Bill the owner with a smile and a genuine sense of hospitality that is often missing in larger retail chains. Bill is very knowledgeable and was eager to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs.
