I was shopping for a new Stearns & Foster king-size Ultra Firm mattress, and Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful from beginning to end. She took the time to explain all of the details about the mattress, including its construction, firmness, comfort, quality, and what made it different from other options. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable Michelle was about the products.
