  3. Dollar General - 290 Broadway

290 Broadway, Fort Edward NY 12828

    4.1 Good 41 reviews

“I love this Dollar general Mindy is an amazing is a wonderful employee/associate she's friendly reliable she doesn't spend her time slowly coming from the back if she is stocking shelves she always greets the customers with a smile an informed you of any sales and promotions going on that you may have missed when purchasing your items.. I think she's the only one I've ever gone in there and they haven't grimaced because someone is coming in there to do a little shopping I remember the old manager I'm not sure if she's still there I haven't seen her in a while she always had a foul look on her face whenever I would walk in the store like oh great I'm going to have to stop what I'm doing to ring up people and then fake her smile all through the transaction people will avoid places where they fell on welcome and bad customer service .. and I understand more than anything being a retail manager I'm having bad days but you can't constantly have a bad day and it's not the customer's fault that you are you don't take it out on them and if you don't like your job find something that you're more qualified to do that will make you happy... But either way the new girl who I see all the time during the day cuz I only come during the day now is great ..”
