“It was my first time going to a postal office to help my aunt ship a package, my aunt doesn't speak english well and wanted me to ask the lady who was working there a question, i asked the question and the lady stared at me for awhile and mumbled her words to the point i literally didn't hear anything she said and seemed very annoyed for no reason. Im not sure if that lady still works there but the other times i went it was different workers and they were definitely way more helpful and nice.”

“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind. Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. His kindness, patience, and big heart truly went above and beyond. Thanks again, Pablo!”

“I have never had an issue with this this post office. They’ve always treated me with respect and they were courteous as well professional. Even when I’ve had a huge amount of packages shipped there. I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. If you have a zip code to look up it takes two seconds of your time to look it up! thank you for doing what you do!”

“I would like to recognize Noel for her outstanding customer service. While helping us with my minor daughter's passport application, she noticed that I had mistakenly printed the form double-sided, which could have caused delays because it would not be accepted by the Department of State. Noel kindly explained the issue, provided a new application, and helped ensure everything was completed correctly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Noel, for going above and beyond!”

“Update: Finally got my package, went to the store and the front desk lady, Tatiana was absolutely awesome 🧡🧡🧡 I’m so grateful to her , they truly have a great employee there :) . She’s the only reason why I change this review . Every review is right. I waited all Saturday and all Tuesday to get my package and no one rang the bell knowing that the delivery address says is apartment 2, which is the second floor . I waited all day for them to leave the damn tag with the “we missed you” note . I probably will never receive this package.”
