“Got this delivered considering the covid. First time trying this place and it's not bad. Chicken are very crispy and juicy, and still very hot when I received them. However the chicken are a bit salty for me, and I'd say it's more salty than Popeyes or KFC. The waffle fries are a must try tho! Will order from this place again.”

“I say this place is a five star all the way..the subs and pizza is bomb for the price! The people are always friendly, they close early but people have lives, there is a speedway down in Moravia that's open 24 hrs. People have to be coming on here and complainonh because they have nothing better to do. In fact I'm going to go get me a sub right now and cheese sticks! Lol”
“Stopped in to use the bathroom and was immediately with greeted with a customer who held the door for me.
Then when I walked into the gas station, back towards the bathroom, there were a few employees stocking shelves and having PLEASANT CONVERSATION with each other WHILE continuing to do their jobs.
I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the bathroom as it was very clean and neat. That’s amazing for a gas station bathroom!!
I was searching for a snack before getting back on the road and all the shelves were very well stocked and neatly organized. Not a thing out of place! I found what I was looking for very easily.
When I asked the cashier how to leave a review she was unsure so directed me to the manager on duty.
The manager on duty was a very pleasant woman and she was also WORKING ALONGSIDE her team!! I could tell she really cared about the store and that it wasn't just a job to her! It's very rare to witness a manager who not only works alongside her team but who also has respectful conversations with them and strives to do the best job she can. When I gave her compliments she was very humble.
Great experience from pulling into the gas station to leaving the gas station. Every employee I saw was working, including the manger, and everyone including fellow customers were all super nice. No employees were on their phones or talking negatively. Very pleasant atmosphere! I am very easily overstimulated but this gas station was excellent! No blaring music and no loud noises.
I wish there were more gas stations like this around! Other places need to take notes!!

I definitely called the wrong location, but the staff at this location is so amazing. They made my order for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. “I love that this is one of the few stores open all night and the people are usual friendly when I go in. However last night I went there and didn't know that they have different hours. Not sure if they are just temporary , but even if they aren't I think they should update the hours on here so people are aware . They are short on staff and they are closed at midnight and reopen at 5 am.”

“This is the one and only gas station I go to in town. Its member card saves you 10c per gallon and gives you 10% off everything in the convenient store. The savings are great for an Uber driver like me and the discount on snacks for my riders is a bonus.”

“I mean ther's always room for improvements. But, twice I shopped on Cayuga St. and used points for a free fresh fresh brewed international cup of coffee and two slices of cheezy pizza for $1.62. Customer service from store managers was great! I was recognized as a team player and exec. - people in the store were watch my sales and service techniques- one guy from another vendor company said- 7-Eleven mgt. teaches and trains.
I'm definitely in the loop with the store and they know me.”
“The new manager made my day yesterday. The moment I walked through the door, she greeted me with a huge smile on her face. I really needed that today, really. She brought hope back in to my day. She listened to my troubles and genuinely cared. She didn't know me and still took the time to comfort me and show a little empathy.
