They seem to have cut back their staffing. Stopped in many times attempting to get a prescription filled and always a long wait. Can't make an appointment with an optician. Last time I just had a simple question about glasses that I had recently picked up and was told it would be a half-hour to be able to ask my simple question.

I was out of town and my VisionWorks is in Bensalem, PA. I searched the area but the Western Avenue location was the only place that meant my schedule. This location exceeds my expectations. The service is on point and the staff as well. My appointment to see the doctor was on time and he provided excellent care.

I made an online appointment, visionworks texted and emailed everyday for four days to remind me of the appointment. I arrived ten minutes early to be cheerfully told they were just getting to the appointment that was scheduled for thirty minutes earlier and I should expect to wait at least N2.5 hours to complete an eye exam. Are they insane?? Why would I wait that long to start with and secondly what f you can text me every day to make sure I'm not going to be late you easily text to let me know your schedule is hosed and either reschedule or come in later. I wanted a whole Saturday afternoon to be at this appointment. It's no wonder you have a 2 star rating!! Horrible customer service, will never be back to this location. Complete waste of time and rude sales people. Avoid at all cost!!

Do not bother coming on the weekend for a visionlink appt unless you have your entire day to waste. They do not bother with being efficient in between appts, only one person available to do fittings and set someone up for glasses so basically everyone was waiting. I was told 1.5 -2 hours wait on the phone, got here and I was told it would be 3 hours. Currently waiting for over 30 minutes to have someone go thru my selected frames. Also waited over 30 minutes to do a prescreen after it had been cleaned. Currently at 3 hours and 15 minutes and haven't been checked out. The staff is not really polite, I didn't hear a 'please' from any of them, not even once, just giving people orders to 'sit down there' or 'come over here.' When I came in I was told I cannot leave once I check in and then someone came in after me and they were told they could leave and the store would call them. They make excuses that the tele-dr are the problems and the tele-dr was available nearly immediately both times. One person came in to just make an appt and they were told it would be a 30 min wait just to make an appt! The one person to set people up was focused on everything else happening except what he was doing. Totally unbelievable experience honestly and I won't be returning.

Made an appointment and when I came in 5 minutes early they told me the wait would be 2 hours. They have no care for the time wasted waiting here and it's just, that's the way it is. Maybe call your scheduled appointments so they don't have to wait for hours. Completely unacceptable when you have to pay for insurance and then co-pays now you also need to spend an afternoon here too.

The doctor and frame sales guy are both great but the service is almost unbelievably slow. They need to hire a lot more staff or do a better job of scheduling or something.

Went there today for my eye exam. Impeccable. People are friendly, polite, professional and quick. They explained what they were doing every step. Excellent and efficient service, thank you!

My experience with Visionworks was amazing. Leanne was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was going well and helped with whatever was needed. Kim was also fantastic. The staff was fantastic even though there were so many people they still made sure everyone was taken care of.

15 minutes late and told I can’t be seen when last time I sat over an hour waiting to be seen. Absolute horrible customer service. Can’t even call to let them know I suppose they’re too lazy to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs
