I live in CA & was sending flowers to my step-mom for my parent’s anniversary & it’s the first one that they are apart on the day due her helping family out on the East Coast. I still wanted to make her day special by sending flowers but was hesitant because when I’ve used flower services in the past they typically come out less than what I was expecting by what the picture shows online. “I initially wasn't happy with the bouquet that was delivered; it lacked flowers and didn't look as expected. I called the florist to express my dissatisfaction, and Suzie promptly returned my call. Despite it being late in the afternoon and both the florist and our company were closing for the day, Suzie went above and beyond to make things right. She had her delivery driver come back to pick up the flowers and promised they would be back in our office by 8 AM, even though they weren't officially open yet. As promised, the flowers arrived at 7:45 AM and looked absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Suzie, for your exceptional customer service and for going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect!”
