Horrible bank. What kind of bank isn’t able to deposit change? If you run a business stay away from this bank.

Only one teller for both, front and drive through. This location held me more than 15 minutes last three visits. I was the only one in the drive through. Worst location ever.

I went in to the Guilderland branch today and the staff were friendly, extremely thorough and helpful. They assisted me with everything I wanted to work on and they also called me after my appointment with a quick follow-up to let me know the status of my inquiry. Highly recommend this bank and this branch!
